I would bring my family to this Wendy’s until, on two consecutive instances the spicy chicken sandwich that we ordered was raw. Against my better judgement we gave it one more chance, and you can’t make this stuff up, although the spicy chicken was cooked, it had a bug in it…. “A flying ant” .
The manager was so nice. He asked me if I would like my money back…. Never going an WENDY’s AGAIN!!! 👎🏼

I just moved from Essex to Hunterdon County and despite the stereotypes many people are kind and want to help you if they can. Unfortunately, this Wendy's location isn't one of those places. The first time I stopped here I ordered a coffee drink that was listed on the menu. When I read the title of the drink the young man taking my order was like, "What!?" He seemed overly hostile and aggressive. I dismissed it and paid without taking my change (just cents) because I really didn't want to interact with his negative energy. The 2nd time was just okay and without incident; I did notice an adult was working. Today's interaction was just crazy, and I won't go here again. Today, I ordered a Son of Baconator burger and a pomegranate iced tea. When I got to the window I asked for a cup of ice. The cashier barked, "Well that's an extra .87 cents." I paid and once again left my change because I felt the hostility was overly aggressive and WAY out of place. When I drove around to the back of the restaurant to eat I realized I had 2 sandwiches and I drove back to the window just to get clarity. The young man who had actually handed me my food deflected after debating me for a bit (what was there to fight over?). He said he hadn't actually taken my order someone else had. That's when CRAZY was unleashed. The young man who had taken my order and charged me for the ice stepped to the window on some super aggressive energy and was clearly looking for a fight. He was ready for a full on debate. I'm a 62-year-old retired teacher and I can spot conflicts like this from a mile away. I don't engage anymore. I laughed because as I was pulling off I saw a young woman in the middle of all the aggressive young men shrugging her shoulders like, "Why does this keep happening?" This was clearly not the first time. Needless to say I'm swearing off this location and the franchise in general. Fast food these days tends to be high in salt, expensive, and no where near as good as it used to be. So thank you; every time I drive pass this location I'll remember this interaction and lose my appetite. I guess no one trained you guys in customer service?? If I could give negative stars I would. Thanks for making it easy for me to eliminate this from my diet.

The next time I make a special trip to this restaurant for Frosties and pay for the foam from the bottom of the machine, I will be asking for my money back and it will be my last visit. I never do this but what a HUGE, sloppy disappointment. After reading the other reviews, I can see there is a problem at this location that no one seems to care about.
Our server David was nasty and disrespectful. When we placed our order in drive thru and pulled up, i realized i forgot to add something. I asked if they could add it, and I'd pay. This kid pointed to the other cars behind me and said no. After i paid and left, we realized we were overcharged. We couldn't go inside because the doors were locked, yet their were other teens inside wrestling and eating food. So we got back in the car and went to the window. He made a face when he saw us and when we explained we were over charged he look unimpressed and said flatly "okay and?" We said we wanted our refund for the correct amount and he demanded the food back. We said no and that they charged us for stuff we had a coupon for. He got nasty and slammed the window while yelling to his coworkers in spanish about us in very inappropriate and disappointing words. (Im fluent in spanish and he was not complementing us in the slightest) he hurled insults, gave me my refund then slammed the serving window in our face.
Im usually a calm cool and collected individual but this was appalling and outright shamful.

I ordered a baconator meal the guys working the drive through forgot the SANDWHICH and put only the fries and the drink. These guys need to be fired and action needs to be taken. 12 stolen because of that

Food is great , ordered a crisp chicken BLT but the patty is real chicken meat for those classic chicken Burgers . Yes they messed the ingredients but give me something way beyond .

This restaurant never open on time and they seem alway have issue when they do open. I love food but never seem to open 6:30am. That inconvenience for the customer who on their way work trying to grab before going to the office. I had go somewhere else to get breakfast because I couldn't get Wendy in branchburg nj.

All around the worst fast food store ive ever been too, customer service is horrible they are not trained properly or at all and apparently there is no general manager there at all times which is crazy to me, so if you have an issue good luck trying to get it resolved. My order came out completely wrong and served completely cold. Kevin and Ceasar are very sketchy and i would go as far as they mess with the food as my burger did not look right and nuggets and fries legit freezing cold. I would stay away from this location. But corporate seems to be helpful and super nice so if you do have an issue call the corporate number.

I rarely go to this location bec it’s totally disgusting, but my child wanted to try the SpongeBob meal. We ordered it and paid extra for it, yet they didn’t have the pineapple frosty, didn’t have fresh pickle slices or special sauce and the french fries were refried and ice cold. If they had told me they were out of everything, I would have been ok. But they accept your money and then give you inedible food. The fountain drinks always taste and smell like they have bleach in them. The baked potatoes are cold and hard as rocks. The burgers do not taste fresh. This location needs to be shut down. Total waste of my money!

When they started serving the honey butter chicken biscuit it was the best, the biscuit was just right & and the honey butter took it over the top...
Now they give you a dry,semi hard biscuit with no honey butter at all !!!
And please don't order the oatmeal raisin bar... it will break your teeth, that's how hard they are. You can nuke it for 8 or 9 seconds to soften it up.
Parking: There's at least 25-30 parking slots and at least 6 handicap spaces.
