Extremely overpriced literally got salami on a bagel and it cost me $11 instead of them taking it back after my shock.. now they have a bad review and lost a customer.. I have never written a bad review about anyone .. this shows how duped and taken advantage of I feel
Awesome!!!
I didn't get anything. They moved locations temporarily, are in a small building down the road... so if you're looking for a quaint general store vibe, I wouldn't go out of your way right now.
Rated 3 stars because a slice of refrigerated pie is $7. And I was in the mood for an anachronistic food venue.
Kind fast caring people food is amazing
Delicious I will come back soon
My go to location for a good breakfast sandwich. Don't forget to try from the bakery section as well- the raspberry shortbreads were delicious! They also have cute little gifty and to go items
Expensive for just a lunch brake. Cute place and great food the baked goods are amazing. I would go again with family and wife.

My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose Hainesville General Store Bakery for Sandyston, our 160th town.
We were confused when we first arrived. The original general store is mostly a bakery and souvenir shop with various prepackaged goods like candles, coffee beans, etc. Just a little bit down the road is the actual sandwich shop and kitchen where you can get hot breakfast sandwiches. There's no seating at the sandwich shop, but there is outdoor seating at the general store. We got our food in the sandwich shop and brought it back to eat at the tables on the porch of the general store. The shop is mostly for take-out customers.
Once we had that sorted out, our food was excellent! We got the Sun's Up Wrap, the Breakfast Pepperoni Ciabatta, and Chicken Fingers. The original general store has a rustic & historic appearance and feels like a trip back in time.

My family loves making a stop here each and every time we head to our place in Pennsylvania. We make it a point to either pick up one of their award winning pies or just a quick snack with their homemade cookies! A must stop for anyone! A+++
Ever been to a bakery where EVERYTHING is delicious? This spot is a must. From the pies to the cookies to the rice pudding and brownies I mean.... EVERYTHING is a 10/10. Your welcome!

My brother and I were there today to try the ice cream and it was amazing! Large selection of flavors and toppings, it was difficult to choose which to get first. Hands down some of the best ice cream we ever had!
