I asked what was on the Cuban sandwich, I didn’t actually order it. They put the order in but never gave me a choice of bread and being it was rye I cannot eat seeds as I have an allergy to them. So I had to pick each seed out.They should have asked if I wanted it on a roll, etc. Or better yet tell me what it was on so I would know if it had seeds. Just don’t say “Cuban sandwich” and no description. Even one of the girls didn’t know what was on it. I also got a few smiley...
Although it's a half-hour drive from home, we make the pilgrimage with some regularity. While they are a very good deli, we go there for their bakery offerings. Whenever we bring Yelliw Cottage cakes ir pastries to a gathering of family or friends, they're always met with a similar question: These are incredible; Where did you get them?We brought their signature Brown Derby cake to a friend's house this past weekend, and it was incredible!
