Picked up a King Cake for Mardi Gras and it was absolutely delicious! The dough was perfectly fluffy, the cinnamon filling was just right, and that glaze on top was incredible.
Thank you 502 for always delivering! Now I’m going to want this more than once a year — right along with my crumb cake, linzer cookies, and carrot cake.

I have ordered numerous times from 502 but most recently was my mother in laws birthday cake. Everyone said it was the best chocolate cake they have ever tasted. Normally I would never go for chocolate on chocolate but it was soo delicious!! This bakery is the best and always so accommodating.

Fantastic bakery! Stopped in for the rainbow cookie crumb cake which was phenomenal! Couldn't leave without an assortment of cookies brownies and other crumb cakes! We'll definitely be a regular here

Stopped by and met the new owner Lauren. Had a nice conversation about the current bakery and future plans and products. Lauren assured me the recipes will remain the same for current offerings. That was great news since the Key Lime Pie was out of this world!!! Creamy texture, not overly limey (if that's a word) and cookie crunchy crust. Really, really good. Will be back for more. Going to try the crumb cake I purchased with my morning coffee. That will be my next review.

Yet another reason why 502 Bakery is my bakery of choice. Woke-up Saturday morning (4/12/2025) craving crumb coffee cake. Arrived at 502 Bakery a few minutes before 9AM, but when I approached the door the sign said, "Sorry We're Closed!" I did not realize they opened at 9:30AM. So I went back to my vehicle to wait 30-minutes until they officially opened. LOL... Wait?! Yes, the crumb cake is that good! Not more than 2-minutes later, I looked back from my vehicle to see the neon 'OPEN' sign on! Rather than having a customer wait they chose to open early. 502 Bakery's customer service matches the quality of their product. Thanks 502 team! See you again soon. Gerald S.
Love the 502 Baking Company! They have excellent crumb cake options including gluten-free. Must try the peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, key lime pie and their brownies. Don't forget to try their scones and the sourdough bread. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming! I had a nice conversation with the owners, and they even gave me a peanut butter cookie to sample after I asked if they made them there! Everything I got was delicious and reasonably priced too!

On the hunt for a dinner dessert.. Googled “Best Key lime Pie in Ocean County”.. 502 Bakery came up as being first choice. Well the truth be told…the pie is amazing!! Most likely the best Key lime we have ever had. We tried the crumb cake and cinnamon bun- they were both very good . Can’t wait to try other items. Very welcoming bakery, with friendly owners and staff. If you are in the Brick area highly recommend 502 Bakery!! 😋
