Stopped by and met the new owner Lauren. Had a nice conversation about the current bakery and future plans and products. Lauren assured me the recipes will remain the same for current offerings. That was great news since the Key Lime Pie was out of this world!!! Creamy texture, not overly limey (if that's a word) and cookie crunchy crust. Really, really good. Will be back for more. Going to try the crumb cake I purchased with my morning coffee. That will be my next review.

My husband went to the bakery early today to get the keylime pie that I had been craving for a long time. It was heavenly!

Yet another reason why 502 Bakery is my bakery of choice. Woke-up Saturday morning (4/12/2025) craving crumb coffee cake. Arrived at 502 Bakery a few minutes before 9AM, but when I approached the door the sign said, "Sorry We're Closed!" I did not realize they opened at 9:30AM. So I went back to my vehicle to wait 30-minutes until they officially opened. LOL... Wait?! Yes, the crumb cake is that good! Not more than 2-minutes later, I looked back from my vehicle...
