Such a nice staff. So easy to do business with. I never feel like I am an inconvenience to the staff when I call, which lately is way too common in the industry. I so much appreciate the kindness.

This restaurant has a weird layout so I was thrown off from the start. My diet coke was flat and I mentioned it to the people behind the counter but nothing was done about it. My boyfriend said the coffee was good and he enjoyed some kind of strawberry pastry.

There used to be an ABC near where we live, and then I think there was some sort of bankruptcy action and they closed dozens of stores. Now this place, hundreds of miles from where I live, is the closest ABC. Which is a damn shame, because I love a good sandwich, and no other chain does a good sandwich like ABC does.
Vegetarian options: The California Avocado is the single best vegetarian sandwich available at a chain sandwich restaurant.

Team Atlanta forever!!!! Their grilled cheese and beef chili is amazing. It’s so homey here. Down with Panera!!!!! Come support a much more smaller business and have some quality food.

Customer service needs major improvement. Cashier didn’t say hello or look up when I walked in. She came over to me a handful of minutes later and continued looking down. She had 0 manners and didn’t smile or say thank you. Is this what customer service is these days?

I love Atlanta Bread so much and that cashier Cara is such a cutie pie! The GM Joe is great, such a funny guy!
This place is the worst. Upon walking in I see signs for tomato basil soup and got excited because I wanted a grilled cheese and soup. Upon ordering, I was told no tomato basil soup, which btw was advertised in every sign in the restaurant it seemed. Thay was a big problem immediately. My girlfriend ordered a turkey sanwhich which was just barely ok with the turkey being dry and nothing special. I ordered the Buffalo chicken panini. It came to table and I realized it had tomato as a filler for lack of chicken. Who the hell on earth would put tomato on a buffalo chicken panini? No one in the world. Took tomatoes off and it was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Hardly any chicken, or sauce and what sauce had was terrible. Cost me $11 for my sandwich I took two bites out of and threw in garbage. Never again. Reason the reason why it was completely empty at lunch. Stay away.
Nice, quiet sit down dining experience. Quick service, always super friendly. Ample parking space

Service wasn't bad but how do you mess up a grilled cheese? Supposed gourmet grilled cheese was like fake squeeze cheese. Just slap on some American cheese and melt it and I'd be happy! Pretty quiet cozy atmosphere. Bread was great but that cheese ruined it.
If I could give 6 stars for customer service I would. I wish I knew the employees name who took care of my order today because she deserves a raise! Thank you for your assistance!!!
