I’ve been coming to this place for about 4 years. I’ve been in the Army since 2019. Not once have I ever asked for a discount because I don’t believe it’s necessary. I do not like to be in uniform in public for a few reasons, but this time I did. I was asked to provide my military ID… then proceeded to tell me there actually wasn’t a military discount. I just got home from a 13 month deployment and continued to support a local pizzeria…I do not wish for praise, nor does anyone owe me anything for my service. The most I ask for is respect and in this experience, I did not receive that.

Was on a search for a really good pizza. Our favorite place recently closed. It was good pizza but not the best. They were busy chatting with another patron and looked annoyed when all I ordered was a pizza - eat in. May return to try their dinners.

Ordered chicken parm to go. Penne was way over cooked, chicken was tough, fried in oil that should've been changed a month ago, had a bitter taste. Walked in, no hi, hello, nothing. The guy behind the counter looked like if I have to be here one more day....? This was my first time and definitely my last.

I made an online order for a single pizza ($20) by mistake trying to order from Azzura’s in Sea Isle, when I called to calmly explain the situation and ask for a refund (because now I’ve ordered the pizza from the correct place) the girl on the phone passed me over to this man who was EXTREMELY RUDE. He started guilting me saying “well it’s not fair that I need to take a loss here” I’m sorry dude it’s $20, it probably cost you $10 to make, I used to work at a restaurant ad have comped people with $400 checks before. I’m assuming this man was the manager but I didn’t get a name but never in my life have I had such an abrasive and rude interaction with someone in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. I will be cancelling the charge on my card and posting this review on every available site to warn potential consumers of the level of hospitality they can expect (which is none at all). You’d have better luck ordering from papa John’s because at least they will be polite to you.
Just got the pepperoni pizza and it was difficult to enjoy because the pie was very salty. Couldn't enjoy it.. Sorry for an honest review.

Ordered delivery just pizza and salads, when it got here pizza was cold and hard, called the delivery place slice they said that azzurro said they can not help me the pizza left there hot! Horrible customer service and will never order or go there again!
