I've have had bagels in Queens, North, Central and South Jersey. Let me tell you something, this guy's commitment to bagels reaults in the best bagels this side of the border (Jersey). Fat, crunchy and taste spot on! I was so excited since it's been decades I've had the real deal and you know that takes commitment to make a good bagel. The super early mornings and endless process. Spicy everything, Habenero/Jalapeno w/cheese and the egg, oh man. I hope this review pulls you into his small shop for a taste. If your from the north you will feel at home down at the shore when you crunch into these puppies! I've had them all I think. He's got the full deli/breakfast sandwich/omelette thing going on so come hungry.

Words cannot express how excited we are to have found a freshly made, REAL bagel! The bagels are shiny and crusty outside with the perfect airy dough inside. Sandwiches are amazing and well worth the prices being charged. Sandwiches are loaded with high quality meats. I am thankful this place is 25 minutes from my house because we would be eating there everyday. The owner is friendly so you feel very welcomed. They also have fresh muffins and decorative cookies for the kids. Bottom line…if you live within 45 minutes, make this your breakfast, lunch or bagel place because you will not be disappointed.

Im a huge fan of a pumpernickle bagel with cream cheese . A little lox or nova , capers and onion. What i received here was gobs of cream cheese tons of onion and capers way too much lox(wich had no flavor) it was as big as a 1970 Big Mac. Very disappointing. Less is more!

Decent bagels but charging over 100% more for a gluten feee bagel is bad business and pushes away customers with food allergies.

Bacon over cooked. Bagel toasted and a got a sense they were a day or 2 old. Understandable not everyone gets muitigrain then keep a lower inventory. Last but not least the counter clerk messed up order which now I got confused of the overpriced breakfast thinking I was getting 2 sandwiches for the price of 1 with cranberry juice and coffee. I am better off going up the street to Hooper ave for better quality breakfast sandwiches at a better price about half!!
