Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! We usually don't do left overs, but what was left over- we will definitely be eating! Collin was fantastic! He was very accommodating and helpful. The girls were fabulous! Very polite, sweet and never once gave me a dirty looks with all my crazy requests lol. My sister in law was the only one who needed GF and Collin made sure she got her own plate, and told me was was the better tasting GF plate they offered. She said that was THE BEST GF pasta she has had. Their service was so great, my now fiance, made sure to take care of them ontop of what I tipped them! Guest from our party were asking Collin to open up a place in Monmouth County! And asking if they would deliver there! My family and friends (who are from Monmouth County) are talking about going back there again! I will 100% recommend Brick Oven because the food was out of this world, service was top notch and everyone was so great! The only thing was it got a little hot inside, but we also had a party of 40 people.. so everyone kinda understood why it was so hot. But other then that, everything went perfectly! Thank you so much Brick Oven and staff for a very memorable day!

The food is so fresh tasting and so good. I grew up in Jersey City so I know a thing or two about good pizza. Their pies are masterpieces especially the Salccicia. I have not dined in yet. I live just down the street. If you have the patience on a busy Friday night, it’s worth the wait. Must try: Trenton pie, Salccicia pie, BLT pie, calamari with the boss sauce, mantoloking salad. Can’t wait to try more. Best crust ever.

Used Brick Oven to cater a party at my house. The food was amazing. I have never had guests compliment food at a party they way they did this weekend. Everyone was raving about every dish! Reasonably priced, easy to work with, and most importantly delicious, tasty food! Be sure to call for your next event or go in if you are looking to go out to dinner!

We had a birthday party and always drove by Brick Oven. We heard great things and decided to grab a Plain, White Truffle, Pepperoni pies and cheesy garlic bread for the party. The pies were fantastic, the garlic bread was amazing! Crispy wood burned oven pizzas! Garlic soaked cheese bread. Everyone enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, we did not take photos, but we will be back.. Only issue I had was the White Truffle pie hardly had any Truffle on it, but it was still fantastic!

Old school, exceptional service. The Pizza was GREAT! we had it to go, with some "zepps" which were also good. So good, we went back the next night for Veal Saltimbocca and Mozzarella Carozza. My sister had the veal, she said it was delicious, and very tender veal. I tried it and loved it! The Carozza was nice and CRUNCHY (more cheese PLEASE!!), nice sauce under, very tasty (more cheese please!!), and of course an order of the "zepps" to go!!! Overall great food, the servers are friendly and sweet! definitely going back.

My wife had the panko crusted tuna a week ago from today and she still hasn’t stopped talking about how good it is! It’s smaller and quiet which allows the staff to be extremely personable! We love it every time we go.
I saw some comments on Facebook about this place being a hidden gem so I decided to try it. I had the eggplant Parm pizza and it was delicious! My new go to place for pizza. Looking forward to trying their food!

First time my husband and I were there. Very friendly staff, and the food was amazing. We had volcano shrimp for appetizer. Bread with olive oil to dip..I had the lazy day grouper with spinach. The best I've ever had. My husband had pretzel crusted pork chops which was also very good. So happy we went and had the most delicious dinner. Looking forward for the next time. It's our new favorite place!

My first time there this past week. Walked in and the smell was amazing. Smelled so delicious. Food and service was outstanding. Definitely going back.
