Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! We usually don't do left overs, but what was left over- we will definitely be eating! Collin was fantastic! He was very accommodating and helpful. The girls were fabulous! Very polite, sweet and never once gave me a dirty looks with all my crazy requests lol. My sister in law was the only one who needed GF and Collin made sure...

The food is so fresh tasting and so good. I grew up in Jersey City so I know a thing or two about good pizza. Their pies are masterpieces especially the Salccicia. I have not dined in yet. I live just down the street. If you have the patience on a busy Friday night, it’s worth the wait. Must try: Trenton pie, Salccicia pie, BLT pie, calamari with the boss sauce, mantoloking salad. Can’t wait to try more. Best crust ever.

Used Brick Oven to cater a party at my house. The food was amazing. I have never had guests compliment food at a party they way they did this weekend. Everyone was raving about every dish! Reasonably priced, easy to work with, and most importantly delicious, tasty food! Be sure to call for your next event or go in if you are looking to go out to dinner!
