I recently visited the Pancake Factory and had the pleasure of being served by J. From the moment I walked in, J's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. J's knowledge of the menu was impressive—they provided excellent recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The pancakes were fantastic, but it was J's exceptional service that truly made my visit memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to anticipate needs were outstanding. Very consistent good food in a fun setting. Our server was very friendly and stopped by frequently to check on us. There is generally a wait on the weekends at prime times.

Our server was great and attentive. The food was okay but my boyfriend has been violently ill since we ate there two days ago now. Pretty expensive for mediocre food too.

My daughter took me for a birthday breakfast here. I had the French toast with bananas and Whipped cream. It was delicious and filling. We went early so there wasn't a crowd but we like that and the service was quick and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Me and my boyfriend have wanting to try brownstone for awhile now. Overall it was an anmazing experience all around. Prices are extremely fair for what you get with any dish. Everything was cooked great, out in a fair time frame I might add. Manager table touched almost every table, clearing plates, offering boxes, and the service was even better. Brennan was knowledgeable about the menu and overall just gave awesome service. As someone that’s been in this industry myself for years, credit too all those team members in this location!

Rachel, our waitress, was most accommodating.
Brought Xtra aioli sauce, gave cups + boxes for leftovers.
