Went there on Friday afternoon. Girl working was incredibly rude and rushed me through my order. Also found a hair in my bowl. I like Bubbakoos but avoid this location at all costs.

This was my first experience with Bubbakoos. Their service was not good. I had told the cashier that I wanted to remove something and he did not tell the other workers so basically I had to pay for something I didn’t want anymore cause of the price being to high. This is my first and last time coming to Bubbakoos. NEVER AGAIN !!

Received my order. Missing an item. When i call its oh i think we put it in the wrong bag and was told to call uber eats. Not the 1st time something was missing. Will not be ordering frm there anymore. Headache.

First time trying this place. Wife was in the mood for burritos but ended up getting the shrimp bowl which she loved with sweet chili sauce. I got the Silly Philly burrito with jalapeño and mango habanero sauce. Taste was excellent and plenty of beef.
My only gripe is how it was rolled. Not your typical tuck in the sides and roll but completely different to make a shorter fatter burrito. The sad part with this technique is that it makes for an inconsistent mashing of ingredients. When you bite into it, it’s not uniform and I got a whole bunch of rice first and in the end, all beef. I don’t know who came up with that style obviously never tried eating it or doesn’t care about consistency of a bite
My advice is ask for the traditional roll and you will have a much better tasting uniform burrito.

Ordered online for 2 burritos and a beef salad. I only received my beef salad when it was delivered. They forgot BOTH burritos. So now I had to order again somewhere else to get the other people their food. The beef salad was so small for $15, and for that price I was expecting better quality. Tasted like something you would order from Taco Bell. First time ordering here, and probably my last unfortunately.

Terrible experience getting food from here. They messed up our entire order and refused to respond to fixing it. I contacted customer service via email and still no response. The fries had about 10 in the box maybe and under cooked. The 3 bowls were all done incorrectly. One of them was a vegetarian bowl and we got home to eat and it was filled with chicken. Forgot the queso.Terrible service. I will never return to this location.

I went here for the first time recently and I was kinda hesitant trying something new. When I walked in I was warmly greeted but a man with glasses whose name was ray. Ray really helped me with my experience by giving me suggestions and even let me taste test some of the sauces when I got curious. Great service and even better food. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely will be going back in the near future!!
