The staff is very nice and quick, the food is always hot and fresh and whenever they have a tough customer, they handle it very well. Especially when the other staff is very young it is very nice to see that they are respectful.

I always thought this was the best place to get burritos. But lately the quality and the staff there have led me not to go there anymore. Tonight I decided to go back and give it a shot. Oh no. What an attitude from the guy behind putting the stuff on my bowl. Slopping it on, tossing the big spoons around and his overall attitude just made me leave. I said never mind and left after he smashed a lid on my bowl. Oh forget this place. Never again. You need a manager in that place to manage and keep the inmates in check. Good luck

It’s ridiculous how long an order from the app takes to get made. They weren’t even that busy, they just work slowly on a Friday night! My order was supposed to be ready at 6:48 it’s 7:28 and my order is still not ready! And you can’t get a refund from the app order. You’re stuck waiting! You are better off going to Chipotle, at least they are fully staff and they to go service is usually ready when you come in to get it, not 45 minutes and still not ready.

This place sucks, went there with my boyfriend and while they were making his burrito the guy kept throwing utensils around and rolled up the burrito into the size of a fist. After he doubled wrapped it with foil he proceeded to unwrap the foil, unwrap the tortilla, and throw something random in there without even telling us what it was he all he said was “i got to finish this”. At that point we just walked out, horrible service will not go there again
