Had a very unfortunate situation while ordering delivery, where the driver stole/ate our food and tried to give us a different restaurant. It has been a long process but the manager, Joe, has been so helpful and amazing throughout this long and frustrating process. He rectified our situation and worked with me every step of the way and he is the only reason I will continue dining at this location.

Love me some BWW Asian zing wings! they’re always on point but one thing they could really use is adding BeatBox to their menus!!!
Well, my server was still in the process of learning his trade, so they got a few things mixed up. For example they didn't understand the difference between the specials at Happy hour and a special tattoo reverse later happy hour.Unfortunately, the wings tonight were pretty tiny. They were tender and reasonably tasty, but disappointingly small.On the bright side, the I have to tell you that happy hour specials were really good. Fried but reasonably tasty.The other problem was, I've been fighting with the app and getting it synced with my phone number for a long time. It took a long time to get the tech support issue resolved, many phone calls. It was very frustrating. You would think that getting an app right wouldn't be so complicated.

The most inattentive staff I've ever encountered in my 38 years of life. Waitresses will talk to each other and laugh while completely ignoring tables that haven't been served yet. I understand it being busy but it would make me feel a little better if the staff actually appeared busy.

waited literally 40 minutes to even get a hello from a waiter. food was good but we all lost our appetite since basically waiting an hour for 2 dishes. only got actual help after telling the manager we wanted to leave, seems like if we didn’t speak up we were going to sit there forever without a single word from an employee. people who came in after us in bigger groups got served before us. totally unacceptable, wont be coming back here.

They forget food so much and later ask us to come back even though we ordered the food at door dash so we don't have to do that. Forgot 2 meals like how???
Ordered take out. Got wings, cheese curds, and a kids meal. Didn't give us the apple juice and fries for my kids meal and the mac and cheese looked like it sat under a heat lamp for an eternity. Wings were overdone and dry almost hard to eat. Cheese curds were really good tho. Surprised that wings are what your supposed to be good at and they were terrible. Maybe change you name to Cheese Curds and sauce.

We have ordered many times previously for take out and looked forward to double up Thursdays but the most recent experience had us with bad cases of stomach issues less than 12 hours after eating our wings take out order and lasting near 12 hours. Sorry but not taking another chance in the future.

Wow this place has really gone downhill. The food is extremely overpriced and the quality is terrible. This picture is a perfect example. I mean look at it. Where's the cheese? Barely any. I paid $6 for this. Any other regular diner would provide way better quality than this. Nonsense. Surprised you are still open. Oh and thanks for giving me chips without salsa.
