The Burger King in OceanGrove, NJ is the worst, slow as snails. Placed an order for 5:25pm and waited in line till 6 pm to receive my order. Order was not correct, why place an online order and it wasn't ready. Put complaint in and only offered a $5.00 coupon unexceptible.

i got a quick bite to eat (fries and diet coke) and i used their restroom to change into my work uniform. i get home after work, and realize i don’t have an item of clothing, i forgot/dropped it in the restroom there on my way out. i have looked everywhere and cannot find it at all. i tried calling (eight times) to see if someone found my pair of shorts and finally someone answered, then hung up. i was over it, drove there, the young lady (09/22/2025) was like “no we didn’t find anything, we just cleaned the bathroom” , i tell her that i changed there at 3:45pm-ish, she briefly looks at the desk behind her and says “yeah we didn’t find anything” i ask her, “do you think someone threw them out?” she said “maybe” … hmm okay… “i know it sounds silly but it’s a pair of nice biker shorts, and i just really wanna find them” she was no help at all.
i just called back and asked if she could take down my name and number, she’s like “well if they threw them out , they’re in the dumpster and i’m not dumpster diving for your clothes” … okay like a) no one asked you to do that. b) as a customer i would appreciate if you took down my number as a courtesy just incase you find it just like any decent human would do.
i was met with extreme sarcastic and just plain rude responses and tone. she has been sweet to me before & maybe this was an off day, but i work in retail and food industries and would never do that to someone, a couple days ago someone lost their phone, they called it and i made sure to get their information, charged it for them and put it in the safe for them to pick up the next day.
learn empathy, just because it’s not important to you, doesn’t mean it’s not important to someone else. it’s my property and if me leaving my name and number is going to make me feel somewhat better then let me leave it without being belittled.
she is not nice and lacks human empathy.

They asked me which order was mine and I said the one you took ? Then explained still had my order completely wrong cold and forgot 2 things I paid for! This is disgustingnan ridiculous and so are the two women working there tonight we went inside to fix there mistake and was given a attitude and still the wrong order

Way down hill. Overpriced. Items are very often wrong. Shame on the franchise owner. Leaving 1-2 people to run the place. Used to be my fast food breakfast go to. Now they're all trash and cost way too much.
I went to order at 1:30 am, and they told me that their computer was down and they couldn’t take my order. I said I could wait, and they told me that by the time the computer was working, they would already be closing

Not that my review will make any difference but I was the only one in line tonight. My fries were ice cold before I left the lot. My burger was so soaked in ketchup it fell apart and was inedible. No attention paid, no care shown. This was not a busy night, again, I was the only one in line. Avoid at all costs, not worth spending $20 on cold and disgusting food.

Besides the fact that got my order wrong I was also disappointed with the new barbecue brisket burger. What a disappointment after seeing it on the screen and what I got was actually embarrassing I would have never gave that to a customer. I like Burger King but I won't be in that sandwich again
