The fries were stale, the burger was a bit dry, disappointing! The cashier was high as a kite, and she still has a job??! It was unbelievable, very sad!! The bathroom stinks, so you can tell that it's definitely somewhere "someone" smokes something!

I never leave reviews but the staff at this Burger King was so nice and welcoming I had to say something. One gentleman walked up to me and my client asking if we needed anything and gave 10/10 customer service.

Had the worst experience ever. Went to the drive thru told the person taking the order I had a coupon for a large whopper meal. I asked for cheese and a Diet Coke with it. Drive up paid $11.72. And got handed the smallest drink cup when I asked if it was a large she said no you ordered a value meal. I told her to look at the coupon I handed her that’s what I ordered. She the. Told her co worker that I didn’t order a value meal and he stayed very very loudly “THAT WASNT TOLD TO ME” over and over. I said yes it was. He slammed the window shut and kept saying things about having to void the transaction out. And re do it. He handed me my receipt for the refund and yelled at me how he had to do it over and then said it was almost $15 for the new total when I asked how it was more out of curiosity he yelled I just told you I had to do it over and slammed the window shut again. I waited another five minutes wondering if I should drive away or if they were completing my order. When the girl came to the window and handed me my bag and rang me up. When I asked what the man’s name was she said I’m not goin to tell you that. When did it become acceptable for workers to withhold names of employees that give horrible customer service. But I told her that’s ok I’ll find out and call corporate. They should send some secret shoppers to this location to see how badly people are being treated. I was afraid to eat my $16 worth of food for fear that they tampered with it. When I told the kid to calm down when he yelled at me and to stop drinking coffee to try and lighten things up he lost his mind. Maybe customer service isn’t his thing but don’t take it out on me buddy. Find your path. Do better Burger King do better.

I just had one of the best experiences going through a drive through in my life. Their employee Stan absolutely deserves a recognition !
While this dude is working at Burger King on a Saturday night, he had an absolutely stellar positive attitude and had me laughing n smiling my butt off. I wish more people would be as positive as he was, I think the world would be a much happier place!

This location is severely understaffed. All of the negative reviews are based on not having enough employees. The few employees that are working are running around, trying to do multiple jobs at once.
