The restaurant and servers were very nice but all the dishes we ordered were disappointing and not great. Food is super bland yet heavy, and has nothing to do with Italian food. The only good thing was the starter bread. Wouldn’t come back or recommend.

Went to Carrabbas after shopping today and had a great meal at the bar. Savannah the bar tender helped me decide and I had the Linguine Positano with Shrimp. It was awesome.

my steak was cooked to perfection , red potato mash exploding with flavors put on the downside my sauteed spinach was not the best does garlic was burned and it was easy to see that fresh garlic was just thrown in towards the end to cover up the burnt look of the garlic extremely to the effect it felt like there was slime in my mouth . when asked how everything is by our server the problem was quickly resolved by management with no hesitation. my replacement side dish of sauteed garlic was extremely better then the first helping..Wheelchair accessibility: there is handicap parking but the problem is it's a distance from the entrance of the restaurant crossing over a shopping complex parking lot.

Took my parent's for dinner the other night. Had a great experience, the whole team was very hospitable & the manager Dan was fantastic. He came over to ask us about our dinner and really made my family feel like his family. We will be coming back for the chicken Bryan and some more Dan the man.

Marc does a great job of serving during lunch time. Efficient and friendly. You can always count on him to get you out in time while on a lunch break.

No wonder why alot of locations are closing. From when our waiter actually came over which was not even a handful of times he wasn't very friendly. We kept getting ignored and alot of the staff was very rude. Our appetizer came out cold. Took 15 minutes to ask for water and when we asked we got attitude. Over all horrible experience. The only good thing was the bread

Had lunch with coworkers had soup, salad and shrimp scampi and garlic toast. It was very good service was pretty good but our check was a little slow to be processed. We had to get back to work so I just wish our server was a little more attentive. She did a good job otherwise. I liked the decor, the portions were big and the price was good. Overall it was a good visit.

My food, drinks and atmosphere were fine. My problem was with my bill. I was charged $14.99 for one glass of Mark West Pinot Noir. I drink Mark West regular at home. A bottle of Mark West is $9.99 at our local liquor store, Joe Canals if you need to check. I have no problem paying a fair price for a glass of wine but you guys must be smoking Crack if you think it's fair to charge $14.99 a glass for a product you pay only $9.99 or less a bottle. For this reason you have lost my business forever. I will not be subject to gouging. Your pricing is beyond ridiculous. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau here in Brick NJ.

Very unhappy! I ordered chicken parm. The chicken was so dry. Couldn’t swallow it. And the spaghetti also was dry. Not enough sauce on it. So disappointed . Order 2 meals… went in the trash. .

We enjoy a meal at Carrabbas, usually once a week for several years now. We have never been disappointed! Service is incredible....Food is wonderful and everything is made fresh of the best ingredients. We've dined in many Italian restaurants, many of which were far more expensive, but not as delicious. I've had some friends say they haven't gone, because it's a "chain". Frankly I'd rather eat superb food, than a little plateful of snob. Servers like Mark and Tiffany are great, and you'll be lucky if they wait your table, but you can't miss with anyone here!!
