I believe it's the only one left in ocean county. They had a decent selection. I know they sell some of the cakes at supermarkets. But if you want a cone or a specific cake. You have to go directly to Carvel. The only complaint I'd have is the same all over, the prices.

I've been to the Carvel in Brick (off Drum Point Rd.) multiple times, particularly for ice cream cakes that were delicious & decorated nicely. However, during my last visit I ordered a medium cone with pistachio ice cream. What a Disappointment! Not only did it cost More Than a gallon of ice cream in a grocery store ($5+) but the flavor was Not pistachio... it tasted like (and I assume) it was made of almond extract & green food coloring!I'm Not bashing this...

The Carvel by my house in Woodbridge ran out of the Turkey Gobblers the night before Thanksgiving. My kids had wanted them so bad and were upset with me for waiting to buy them. I called this carvel in Brick because it was right by where we were going for Thanksgiving. I explained what happened and how my kids were disappointed. The man was so nice and said he would hold them for me till the next day when we were coming down there. I know he took a chance by doing this because...
