When my bowls were being made, I asked for extra fixings because it looked half empty. I agreed to the additional charge, but no extra fixings were actually added to the bowl.
I visit this location every Tuesday, and I’ve noticed that the portions have been getting smaller over time. This has been disappointing, especially since Cava is usually known for generous and consistent servings.
I hope this can be addressed so future visits meet the quality and value I’ve come to expect.

Thanks to Darnell at the Brick location for being super friendly and accommodating, now I know which dressing is my favorite. I ordered super late when Cava was about to close and Darnell still went out of his way to be a great employee and offer samples, so I didn’t leave guessing which dressing I liked. You’re the man Darnell, keep it up!

Update: Would give em more than 5 stars, if I could! Recently had an instance where they ran outta chicken and I didn't want to do the other options. Even though I only had to wait a few minutes, they took super great care of me. Really good people!
Have always loved Cava and am happy to have one locally. They're definitely working out some kinks, but that's how it works with any new restaurant. They're quite busy due to their recent opening, which doesn't help. Their support is quite responsive if you feel you have an issue, which is much more than I can say about other establishments. Definitely will keep on visiting, it's worth the wait for a reasonably priced and reasonably healthy meal!
Edit: Any troubles they had starting have been worked out, which is great! Also, Logan was super attentive, thank y'all!

First time at Cava and it did not disappoint. Made my own bowl, which was healthy but packed with flavor. All the staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager Jess, who was very accommodating. Will be back soon!
