Ordered a large nuggets to go and ended up with 4 piece chicken strip meal had to ask for my drink after it wasn't given with the rest of my order didn't check to make sure it was right until I got home. Not a great experience. 0 🌟 walter planer 848-420-2003

We come here often the staff is always nice and helpful .. the manager is very rude and I’m in shock about it. I’ve never been talked to or treated like this at a chick fil a .. the manager is a bad asset to company. - a few weeks back I went through the drive thru and when I got home I realized I was missing a chicken biscuit sandwich. I called and the manager was annoyed and rude and told me I’m in a book log to get a free one next time. He also never once apologized for the inconvenience.. so I went back two weeks later to get my chick biscuit and he couldn’t find my name . After a little longer with this annoyed look on his face he found my name in the log that was on his phone.. another visit I noticed him being super mean to the employees and it’s wrong . I ordered a meal and a coffee and asked for their jalapeno salsa sauce. The employee asked the manager if there was any more and he said “idk I’m busy right now”. Rudely dismissed the co worker. Never did I experience this at a chick fil a . I also like to mention I rarely make bad reviews unless necessary
if you want to sit in line for 40 minutes just for your food to be cold this is your spot. took the 2 cars orders behind me before anyone took my order, only got 12 nuggets and had to heat them up as soon as i got home, i live less than 5 minutes away.

ordered 30 ct grilled nugget at drive thru, got order and was given 30 ct fried nuggets. had to go back and tell the mistake. the manager just stared at me blankly and told someone to throw out the fried ones and make grilled 30 ct. I waited 20 minutes for the grilled nuggets, I was given a half assed weak apology and 4 coupons for 1 entree yet the rest my food is now freezing cold because they couldnt make the order right in the first place. Day ruined.

I am a frequent customer of this chickfila location. This is the second time in a month they've forgotten my sauces, no straws, and a missing item. Very disappointed, as typically in my experience they are spot on. Don't know what's happened.
