I am not a person to write a review but i have no words for how I was treated here last night for the buy 1 get 1 entree night.
After waiting an 25 minute line (which is perfectly okay) i was greeted by an extremely unpleasant and unfriendly woman with a nose piercing aka witch nose. she told me to “calm down” when i asked how long the wait was for chicken. After waiting i proceeded to point to toppings because the music was so loud she could not hear me, she told me to “move my finger from her face”. i was embarrassed. she moved my bowls down the line and made fun of the kid for “making a mess” dropping a few pieces of cheese when he was in a rush. Talk about out a toxic worker. The guy with the curly hair dreads apologized to me and almost look embarrassed. As i went to check out I forgot to order a side of avocado and the boy on the register asks for it and she responds “why didn’t you or her tell me” My apologies i didn’t know it was such a big deal that I forgot guacamole. The boy at the register apologize to me also and I asked him if this was her normal behavior and he responded yes, I’m really sorry for your experience her, Is there anything I could do to make your experience better? Him and curly her boy were very kind, but chubby girl needs a lecture. I will be calling corporate.

They took their sweet time to take my order, the one guy was doing all the serving while his two coworkers sat in the background not doing much. The taller one was even on his phone and the other was pacing in circles. Not the best at customer service.

this is the best chipotle in the area clean and friendly. The boy with the beard on Sunday was helpful and the boy on the register was super friendly and sweet.

Upon ordering from this place more than a handful of times, i can confidently say this is the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. Service sucks and the food is somehow even worse. Have had to get refunds from here multiple times. Orders always wrong, but today was mindblowing. Ordered a double wrapped burrito, which was supposed to include guac, sour cream, salsa, and this is how i recieved it. None of those toppings i mentioned, and no double wrap. Paid $17 for something that’s just borderline insulting. Don’t give this place so many chances like i did

Place was extremely dirty. Came in at about 930PM on this past Tuesday. IMMEDIATELY WAS BEING RUSHED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY THE SKINNY GIRL WITH GLASSES. I couldn’t even think and mind you I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. The shorter and kind of buff guy at the register was really nice so I hope that he doesn’t get in trouble, but that girl is nothing but terrible at customer service and should find another job.

Let me start out by saying I normally don't take the time out of my day to leave negative reviews but my experience at this location last night (9/5) was awful. First off this Chipotle has been here several years now and I'm not a huge Chipotle fan but from time to time I do enjoy getting it. Everytime I walk into this store(which isn't offten) the garbage cans are overflowing with trash, tables are a mess, food all over the floor, utensils are sometimes empty and that includes napkins. Thats not a environment people want to sit down and eat a meal in. So lastnight my wife placed a mobile order for pickup. We placed the order about 10-15 minutes prior to arriving. Once we arrived, I waiting another 5 minutes or so before going in. The 5 minutes went by and I went in. When I walked inside the store, there was a long line of customers waiting to place their order as well as people waiting to pick up their mobile orders. From what I saw, there was only one employee working on the mobile orders and there where 0 orders on the shelf ready to picked up. So I was like okay it's not ready yet no big deal. That store is small and it gets crammed so I walked outside to wait. My wife sent me a text maybe 2 minutes later with a picture saying our order was complete and ready for pickup. So I walk back inside and there are now more people waiting for their mobile orders. So I squeez by them and I walk to the shelf where the bags are placed once they're done and there aren't any bags on the shelf. Now I could've asked the employee where my order was but I could see she was overwhelmed with the amount of tickets she had to work on so I didn't ask i didnt want to slow her down. I walked back outside and told my wife the order isn't ready. So now my wife is getting mad at me but I explained to her that nobody has received there order and the employee is backed up. She (the employee) must've had at least 8 tickets. All this is going on and not once did another employee offer to help her out. At this point I've been at the store 35-40 minutes. I decided to tell my wife we where leaving. I dont blame the women working on the orders but there's at least 6 or 7 customers standing there that DID NOT receive their order in the amount of time I was there which was about 20-25 minutes (physically in the store). It was obvious that she was overwhelmed and needed help and was flustered. Like I said nobody offered to help her or anything and that's unacceptable when you have customers waiting. Not only waiting but being told by text message their order is ready when it's not. In the 25 minutes I was inside the store 1 customer got their mobile order. My wife contacted customer service and they did refund the money so at least we got the money back but the service is non existent in that store. Where is the manager? Anyway that experience really didn't sit well with me. I won't be going back for a long time. Do better Chipotle people pay alot of more for your food and expect good customer service when they decide to eat at your resturants.

Came in from out of town and not only were they blasting crap music, there was literally food all over the floor, dishes piling up and food all over on the prep area. How nasty and disgusting! The bathrooms were gross. I will never come here again.

We (group of 7) come in an hour before they close. The employees start loudly yelling about how we have “no decorum,” how we all must have come out of a clown car, and complaining about “the line of people” they now had to help. About only half of us ordered food and they immediately went back to complaining the second the group was done ordering. Oh no… you have to do your job! Dont pmo
