This is the most well run Chipotle that my friends,Family and myself have eaten in and taken out. The best worker bee, Jen, works the mobile orders on most nights and does the work of 3 people. Keeping up with orders, fixing mistakes and always providing service with a smile. She is an asset to this location and I am always glad to see her when I swing by to pick up orders. There are a couple of other locations closer to where I live, but never hesitate to make the trip here. Food is fresh, cooked to perfection and served up hot and tasty.

Lady at initial station was beyond rude other two lady’s were very nice and helpful but the first one gave me a problem with my order and was nothing but bitter. Asked for double meat and argued with me because she was too lazy to actually scoop it out. Don’t recommend

Vegan Grocery Life
I went into this Chipotle tonight and it added to my previous disappointments with this restaurant. In the past I have felt a stomach ache the day after l ate here and wondered if it was this food. But, it doesn't happen all the time so not sure and I kept coming back. Tonight I got two bowls, one vegan and one chicken, and told the girl I wanted two guacamoles. I got home about an hour later and there was only one guacamole in the bag. I reluctantly went back to the restaurant and asked for my other guacamole. The cashier told me that I actually didn't get charged for the guacamole at all and she didn't realize it before. I said well it doesn't matter, I thought l was charged for it and came all the way back here (I don't live in that area. I expected the customer service to be "the customer is always right" but instead she started arguing with me that I should have paid anyway. Then, she wanted to charge me. I told her she should just give me the guacamole since I came all the way back. She said, "That's not how capitalism works".Well, that is not how customer service works. I usually write nice reviews but when I had the cashier and manager telling me how wrong| was, that is not acceptable. And I did pay the $3 for the guacamole because Chipotle always has good guacamole. The one star is for the awesome guacamole.

this restaurant is absolutely disgusting every time i come in here. the staff is absurdly rude. asked for a chicken quesadilla at 9:35 and they told me they didn’t have it when i could clearly see all of the ingredients available. customer service is horrific, food is mediocre at best, and whoever runs this store should be mortified of their staff. as a long time chipotle customer i’ve never been more disappointed in the quality of one of their restaurants

The people where rude and never tried to make my order right, refused to give me a refund. It's better to order from anywhere else but here. The workers are rude for no reason and very negligent on orders. I asked for just chicken and rice and no beans but instead was given everything including beans, which I'm highly allergic. Get better smh

Food is solid! Latino guy who started the order was pretty rude though. I can’t even get what I want out of my mouth before he interrupts me and says “what else, what else, what else.” Take it easy dude.
