Inexpensive, the kids have fun and each arcade is only 1 point. The prizes arent great for the points but thats typical of many places. I liked that they just kept it inexpensive and the kids had a great time.

I like this place for my son, but there is a big problem: the air conditioning does not work. I do not know if the owners know about the problem. Being in this place in the summer is torture. The owner of this company generates millions of dollars a year and cannot maintain something as important as comfort. People come and spend a lot of money in this place. The owners, wake up.

I will only continue coming back because of Kai. Entire place was overwhelmed and mobbed. The food system stopped printing tickets for the food and people ended up waiting an hour to get a personal pizza! We waited 45 min for a pizza and boneless wings and my kids were so mad because of the wait. Imagine telling a 5 & 3 year old just few more minutes over n over… Due to the error, Kai went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of properly and we truly appreciate people like Kai. Kudos to Kai!
