Ice cream was good however it was not as clean as it should have been. We got there a little after 11 am and the tables weren't wiped, the bathroom needed a lot of attention, and the floors could have been swept.
This is a small location with a limited number of flavors compared to other locations

We were excited to bring to kids to a cold stone experience and unfortunately came out of this one likely not going back. The server with the dark glasses (assuming she’s new so trying to give her grace) kept touching the icecream with her fingers. They have the two spades to chop everything, mix it, usually put it in a “ball” …and the one gentleman with dark hair did just that with our last order. But the first 3 she struggled with getting the concept down and then kept scraping the one spade off with her fingers into our cup instead of using the other to roll it up and place it in. The gentleman even wore the plastic gloves even though he didn’t handle our order with his fingers..but he was great. My husband has worked in the food industry and honestly didn’t care, but I was grossed out for sure. It doesn’t have to look perfect with the presentation..but scraping my icecream into my cup with your fingers( no gloves) is simply unsanitary and avoidable. She likely just needs more training( everyone is new at some point )..but I hope someone addresses this with her.

I’ll start by saying I love their ice cream! Went around 7:05pm on Wednesday, October 23rd and didn’t leave till 7:30pm. There were 2 employees one seemed to be helping customers in store, and other seemed to be doing online orders for pickup. I had only 3 people ahead of me so not sure why it took 25 minutes to get one thing of ice cream and on my way.. This was the worst experience ever at an ice cream shop! Then to top it off they got my order wrong, I even repeated twice! It was one pint with 3 ingredients and they couldn’t even get it right after waiting that long and didn’t realize till I drove 25 minutes home. Luckily I was in the area which is why we’re excited to stop on the way home. They are lucky I even left them a couple bucks for tip after waiting that long and then to get my easy order wrong! The workers are very slow physically and mentally.. Get more help and better help ASAP!
I came with my family and they had a great selection of flavors. Good customer service.

Wonderful location! Friendly staff. The second night we went, we arrived almost at closing time and they were still super friendly with we appreciate. Some members in our party work in the food service industry so we recognize that’s not always the case and we made our way outside with our ice creams so they could clean and close promptly. Consistently great ice cream. Great portions. Clean location.

Great ice cream, I just can't understand how they haven't made the process more efficient by now. 3 people ahead of me and it took 33 minutes, these kids work at the speed of smell. Love the ice cream, but I won't be back. Every other location is atleast twice as fast.

The staff is very nice. I love the ice cream andI I really have no complaints other than the past 3 times I’ve been there, I’ve gotten warm liquid ice cream, and Was charged full price. I was told that they were cleaning the freezer, when I waited why there was no ice cream out. Since it was all melted, they literally poured liquid ice cream into a cup and charged me full price. Three times now. It’s just weird. The pictures I’m showing are after 1 full hour in my home freezer- they are still not even fully frozen- that’s how liquid it was. Last time I just drank it like a milkshake. I’m scared to go again. It’s supposed to be a treat and it feels like I just flushed 20$ away for no reason.

Service was good but I ordered three medium sized cups with 3 mix-ins each. The amount of mix-ins was hardly noticeable and for the price paid, it felt like it was a rip-off! We felt like we were eating plain ice cream! Unfortunately we didn’t realize until we got home and took them out of the bag. This place in Brick, NJ used to be amazing but it’s since gone downhill! I shouldn’t have to watch them make it and ask if they can add a little more. This is not the way to keep customers happy so they come back!

Customers Beware!!!My overall experience started fine until we had to pay. When I typed in my pin, the young man that was standing on the other side of the counter. Mumbled my pin number that's when I noticed he had earpod in. When I typed in my pin the credit card machine showed me my pin number. He mumbled to himself, again! I stated to him, my pin number should not appear on the machine! It should be blocked out! Even after we did paid for the ice cream, he disappeared. We need just a lid for the ice cream. We shouted/called out for him it felt like it was like 5 minutes before he came back. Don't worry we reported the transaction and canceled my card!
