This is a little "hole in the wall" type of diner - it serves large portions and the waitstaff is very pleasant and personable. The chef is also the owner of the diner and takes a lot of pride in his meals. It's a very family friendly diner - taking care of a variety of age groups from infants to senior citizens. There are a lot of home-made dishes and, like I said before, the portions are fabulous. You always get more than enough to fill you up! I had the triple decker turkey club and it was absolutely delicious. My friend had a hamburger platter and she couldn't finish it all. If you are looking for a family friendly - very clean and very personable place to eat - - check out the Cozy Kitchen on Herbertsville Road in Brick, NJ.

I love bringing the family here. My 4 year old especially loves it because after he’s finished eating they have a cheat for him to pick a toy before we leave. So cute. Very homey

Treated myself to steak and eggs this morning. I wanted REAL steak so I called around. Cozy Kitchen was one of the few restaurants that serve a sirloin steak. Others serve sliced, or London broil. I chose Cozy Kitchen and every bite was fabulous. Coffee was delicious, as were the crispy home fries. Service was great, too.
