As the pizza store is rated 2.8 stars, I would recommend this place is because, first, you could watch how they make dough and second, the pizza is good.

Ordered a large deluxe and a pepperoni pizza and received a pepperoni and a cheese pizza, both of which were cold. After multiple phone calls to just get someone to answer the phone they said they would send new pizzas. Never received the new pizzas. We were told the first pizza would be there by 6 and didn't show up until near 7pm.

This store has terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone when you call and orders take over an hour to be delivered. Food is never hot and when you say something you get an “ok” answer. It’s unfortunate that this location is the closest to my house

Poor service!! My son ordered from app, not his first time, but I live where you have to be constantly looking out for anything you order otherwise other people would walk off with your stuff! So why does Dominoes have all these little boxes you check off and none of their drivers bother to read! Clearly he checked off do not leave outside please call. I know it’s hot AF outside but common sense would tell you to call while you wait in the car! I live on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator! So leaving my food outside on the floor is unacceptable! The excuse of Covid 19 is very much irrelevant, and inexcusable, nonetheless giving a tip for shitty service such as this one! Hire people that can actually read and follow directions/ instructions. They wouldn’t like it if their food was left on the ground outside!

In my opinion one of the better dominos in the area they actually cook the pizza and don’t just leave the cheese gross on top like the manasquan one does
Paid extra for marinara sause and garlic sauce, no big deal right? But tried calling them so they can bring it back or refund me, and I am litterally on hold for over 15 minutes , 0 stars for this place!!! STAY AWAYYYY!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL THANK YOU LATER

Ordered two pizzas and pepperoni cheesy bread from here, when the order arrived one of the pizzas was different from what I ordered. Normally I'd let it go, but being how the pizza was $18 AFTER a coupon, I called to see what happened. They said they'd make another and redeliver it. I waited for over an hour and nothing showed up. I called back, and just as I finished saying the pizza never arrived they hung up on me. I called back again and waited on hold for around 10 minutes before someone else finally answered. I explained the situation and they said they spoke to a manager and would just refund the order, and that he had manually processed the refund himself. Turns out today that they lied and didn't refund the order either.
I was absolutely floored, I've never had an experience like this ever. I get the staff is probably minimum wage and overworked, but c'mon this is like bare minimum stuff here. This isn't just laziness or incompetence, this is just straight up lying. I wasn't being nasty with them or demanded anything, they offered all the solutions and then just simply didn't do them and then lied about it to cover their ass and hoped I'd go away. Unreal that this place is still in business after they rip off their customers like that.
