I rate everything a five out of five. Workers and delivery drivers are respectfull, there so sweet, pizza comes on time, i would recommend

I order food from this place all the time but will never order from this place. The manager Fernando was so rude I hade to get rude myself I asked if my order was 24.24 for the 699 deal and he said to me it is 2024 and said do you know what year it is 2024 I felt insulted and I hung the phone up after we exchanged words. He called me back and said he would make it right but he did not. Stay away from this place this manager is very rood!
It's Domino's. Staff is friendly and seem like they enjoy working together. Never had any issues. I always do takeout because it's so much cheaper.

Usually get delivery, never had much problems , but just this time you can tell barely any effort was made for the food. Not expecting great food like always, ordered honey bbq wings, looked like last minute they forget the bbq sauce on the wings, handmade pan pizza with lots of grease, and to top it off, delivery driver completely rude. Then I was told that this delivery driver usually acts like this so I’m sure I’m not the only one who had to deal with this. Just a minute once they arrived I get 8 phone calls back to back in a minute , how is that possible!?!? Gotten told to make sure to pick up the phone next time, yet they just arrived. Definitely not wasting any effort or time ordering here again.

We ordered from here multiple times previously with no problems but whoever the delivery driver was today on July 20th claimed our house was out of zone and he also claimed he knocked on our door and we said we never ordered it (he must have knocked on the wrong door!), which lead to him cancelling our order. We called up after waiting for our food for over 30 minutes after he called us saying we never actually even put our address in (which we did) and we spoke with a child in charge over the phone. He was extremely rude to my mother and was extremely unhelpful. They offered to now bring us the food after an hour of waiting for the order, but who knows with how nasty and childish they handled the situation if the food would have been warm or sanitary. Maybe the actual adult owner should consider hiring new drivers who know how to input addresses correctly and somebody who knows how to speak to upset customers over the phone.

Taken over an hour to get to me after the tracker had said it came out of the oven. Honestly ridiculous it would take this long what could they possibly be doing.

Very annoying I order usually at night and lately then been canceling my order because there isn’t a “delivery driver” which I highly doubt just lazy workers why is the store even opened if there’s no delivery driver I feel like the owner needs to come in and study these lazy workers or watch the camera I just can’t wrap my head around to why a pizza restaurant as big as domino’s doesn’t have a delivery driver this dominos and the one in Tom’s river is horrible !

On Sunday of this l order online on Tom's River store on Lakewood Road redirected me to Domino's in Brick on Lanes Mills road. I paid for online service and tipped the driver. A 1hour later no food no call l reached out they said the left the order on the Mailbox so l went to go get my order was left in the trash can! They refunded me but l called again today The driver reached out to me and said l am out of their territory it's only 7mins away! I will never oder Domino's again after 30 yrs!

Listen let’s get place shut down order at 427 been well over a hour who’s going to sit here and eat food that’s been sitting for a hour still not delivered it’s 528 and depending on your delivery diver like come really ridiculous altogether update it’s on 533 and nothing they only have 1 diver then the store shouldn’t be opened . I’ve ordered from little Cesar’s who’s further away and got quicker delivers even Pizza Hut zero stars this place sucks update food got here at 550 food was cold and hard we had to reheat the food wasn’t even kept on a warmer

I would like to say.. That I initially ordered our food and it was undercooked and cold so I called up the manager and she immediately rectified the problem within 20 minutes new hot pizza was at my door. That is super professional and I hope corporate sees this and commends your manager. Also good job to Phil the driver for his expeditious work. Five stars
