Mobile Ordered 50 munchkins, waited 10 minutes for my order, not a single employee in sight, eventually heard someone order munchkins in store and the cashier told them they’re out of munchkins. Why wasn’t this relayed to me who is now out of $18? Tried calling multiple times and just got an automated response. Absolutely pissed.

Severely understaffed. One employee working doing both cash register and drink orders, no assistance. Waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee.

Man, how can somewhere make shitty coffee THIS bad? You know? It's crazy. I come out of convenience and have low expectations as is and they're still absolutely slaughtered. Doesnt even taste like coffee. Its like coffee water and too much syrup no matter what you order. It sucks because some of the people that have been working their are the nicest people.

The absolute worst Dunkin. Been at least 5 times because it’s close to my house and it sicks everytime. Keep giving them another chance, but I can’t keep wasting my money. Trash store

If you look at the reviews, it’s clear that the owner / senior leadership needs to take more responsibility around this business. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training or lack of caring that even the simplest of drinks are made incorrectly.
Additionally, at approximately $15 a hour, it’s worth the small investment to have extra staff there in the summer months and during the morning hours. It shouldn’t take upwards of 10 - 15 minutes to make an ice coffee.
A chain this large should be better, do better!!

Coffee and bagels are good. I don't care for their donuts. But that's just me. Go and enjoy.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. They are constantly either understaffed or incompetent. We waited in line for 15 minutes, only for then to say we aren't taking walk-in orders. Mobile orders only. The inefficiency of this is this location is way to often an occurrence. They either need to hire more staff or shut down.

Ordered oatmilk in my drink. Was given regular milk, triggering an allergic reaction. This is the third Dunkin to give me the wrong milk, but it’s the first one to do regular milk instead of a plant based.It’s also frustrating because I was charged extra for oatmilk and instead of giving me another plant based milk (which is still an up charge but at least wouldn’t have triggered an allergic reaction) but was given something they don’t charge extra forWould avoid if you’re vegan or have a severe dairy allergy like me. I actually ended up having a mild anaphylactic episode

Dietary restrictions: If you have food allergies or are vegan, just avoid it altogether. Have me dairy milk when I asked for oatmilk and I’m extremely allergic to dairy
