The girl who took my order was extremely rude. And when I get to the window, they were not clean ! Nobody have any gloves on and they just handles the food with their delicious finger nails. And my order was wrong as well. Good job guys.

The manager Richard is absolutely awful. The one the rudest people I have ever talked to, which makes matters worse considering it’s a customer service job. On top of the rude behavior, he treats the workers like dirt. No way to run a restaurant. Should have been fired long ago.

One star this time. I ordered a cold brew with an unsweetened flavor shot... My coffee was very sweet when I went back in to explain that I think there was a mistake and that I cannot have sugar...The employee who was kind of rude, took my cup, not sure if she remade it or added to it but it was sweeter when I left.... I had to go to a different dunkin and get another. Disappointed because I go to dunkin all the time.

What a scam. Went in store now to be treated with complacent agitated server. He looked like one taking drive though orders(beard in plastic + mic) rolling his eyes unfriendly. I asked to redeem 3 egg cheese wraps with Dunkin points. Met with another eye roll. So he guided me through how to redeem and apparently I redeemed 3 orders of munchkins. 150 points each. Ok he then proceeded to have me order the breakfast wraps and pay walked away without saying anything. Another guy made the wraps and told me I did not have any munchkins on the order looking at me like I was nuts. He insisted no munchkins so I left to open the app and see 3 serves of munchkins deducted. What a joke this place is. Maybe they only want drive through. Horrible experience compared to the old guy/woman in the am. I won’t be back you can shove my munchkins!!!

These clowns need to be fired. I understand they're all being paid minimum wage, and so they don't care very much about their jobs, but it's absolutely absurd that they're not able to follow even the most basic instructions.
It was okay. I'm saying 3 stars only bc it was based off only 1 server. The other staff could be wonderful. I ordered a small Chai Tea. As u see in the photos, it was still hot bc I just had received it, I took one SMALL sip, it tasted off like it had been watered down (not enough of the Chai powder- I'm pretty sure for a small and medium DD uses 1 packet and for a large they use 2, something like that) Either way, he did not use what he should hv bc it taste like water still as well so I open it and I see that the drink was not filled up enough. I literally had taken a sip to test the heat only. To me, it seems that he knew he was putting less powder in, hence not adding in as much hot water after, filling the small cup, so it would not be too noticeable when I tasted it. I almost went back in but I didn't. I get embarrassed with things like this. I am stating I did not go bck in so aware he was not given chance to fix mistake, to be fair to him. By now, I am assuming he knows how to make a Chai tea :)
Kid-friendliness: Munchkins are fun for the children. The donuts are fun for the kids. Tjebsnack wraps are am easy quick breakfast too.

Unfortunately there's no a zero star option. Service is just terrible, drive in feels very rushed and person on the call was rude. Make sure to triple check your order since they always forget something again... Because they are rushing you out of their sight even when there's no cars behind you. My daughter and I were very disappointed. We love dunkin.
