I use Dunkin’ Donuts every day. Very simple I asked for an order of hashbrowns made fresh, not one sitting in the warmer tray. Every other Dunkin’ Donuts, I go to understands my request and has no issue. I just had to argue with the guy at the window after I gave him back to separate orders. And I said no, I want them fresh. I just watched her take them out of the warmer! Then He proceeds to tell me that they were made recently. I DONT CARE When they were made, if a customer request that you make an order of hashbrowns fresh, that’s what you do. It’s only in the oven for like 50 seconds. Pure laziness and inconsistency …..

The food is fine. Nothing wrong there. Its when I order plain with plain on the side and I'm given a toasted bagel with cc on it. Why? It happens multiple times a week. Just disappointing. Very simple directions.

I ordered avocado toast and it wasn’t toasted. I also got the hash brown biscuit and there wasn’t any brisket, it looked like it had a half scoop of eggs and not a drop of cheese. It also had a chunk of sausage in it. The matcha latte wasn’t mixed well and had chunks of matcha powder. They need more employees in the morning so it’s not rushed.
