Ordered 2 dozen donuts of my choice when I got there to pick them up the man said he didn’t get my order he said go to the other one on lane mill Road I went there they didn’t have my order went back to the first one and the man behind the window said I’m sorry I have your order right here. I paid almost $29.00 bucks brought them over my daughters house FIRST THEY GAVE ME 2 dozen of any donuts they had SECOND OUT OF 2doz only MAYBE 6 WERE EATABLE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Krispy Kreme, here I come

The manager and baristas at this Dunkin are friendly and helpful. The young lady made my iced coffee absolutely delicious.
The wait in the morning is crazy and they need more help.

This place truly sucks so bad it beyond repair. If one week goes on without messing up your order you’d be lucky. They are so lazy and unprofessional it’s crazy. I wouldn’t be mad if they shut this place down.

The cashier was nasty when I asked for cream instead of milk in my iced coffee, he answered with a curt “No!” like I was a child, meanwhile I’ve had my iced coffee like that at every other Dunkin. Then he gave me part of my order and walked away to the back before giving me the rest. I stood there waiting for the rest like a fool and tried getting help from one of the other employees who couldn’t be bothered, until the cashier finally came back and rudely said “what are you waiting for?” Then makes me the rest of my order. This place was great a while back and now has gotten horrible, very rude staff, makes you feel like you are bothering them and you don’t matter. It’s a shame, because I went to this Dunkin very often, never again.
