I want to stop here on my way to a class because it's convenient. However, at 6:30pm, they can't make anything because they've already cleaned the ovens, the latte machine is being cleaned, etc. Every single time, there is some excuse as to why they can't serve you anything. And then they get rude when you need a minute to think about what you want to order. I will never go back. I hope management or the owners see this and try to clean this place up before they go under.

Honestly if I could give zero starts I would, this place is horrible, the bathrooms are never clean, the food is always burnt and horrible but I mean horrible customer service from the both night and morning crew,
In the morning all the ladies are rude and disrespectful and I mean all of them, not a single one has the decency to be nice. They also take forever in the morning to give your your items.
Now don’t get me started on the night shift there is one guy named rich, or Richard that answers the drive through whenever he gives a damn and when i asked why why he ignored me he says that “he forgot” im sorry but what kind of dang place is this and not only that but he dose it every night I come in
. The only good people in this place is the big guy who I think is manger and the other guys that close at night they are so kind and understanding that’s the kind of people they need.

I been coming here for a long time, it’s extremely rare to find someone nice, today 10/06/25 they don’t give you the receipt because you will expose their names here lol, don’t ever expect to get a napkin, go to school, study, and get a better job, if you hate your job, period!!

Literally the worst SD there is. Rarely get your order right. When I let them know I get the nastiest attitude. It's unfortunate bc I go to other ones and never have issues whatsoever.
Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. They are rude, slow and do not even know their own menu. It’s the closest to my house but I would rather drive than return here. Clearly they do not know what they are doing and lack the ability to provide even mediocre service.

Terrible staff I took 15 minutes waiting for a cold coffee they weren't busy just talking the staff told me it's very long to make this coffee I think they should hire people who if they know how to do their job well I won't buy in that store again
