Many times I have eaten at IHOP in Brick. Service people are friendly but the food is never hot. Never! I’m tired of giving them one more chance. I will not return there again.

I have been going to this Ihop for 7yrs since I moved to the area and the cleanliness of this restaurant has gone down me and my girlfriend went there last month the booth we were sat at the floor underneath the table was covered in food scraps I look at the manager point to the floor the manager looks at me turns his head and walked away so I did the same me and my girlfriend walked out I went by myself today 11/09 waitress got my order wrong they brought out my eggs and hash browns no steak tips she made a mistake with my order my steak tips will be out in a few minutes so my eggs n hash brown were cold by the time I received my steak tips which I like to enjoy together also my pancakes were brought to me cold wasn't even warm enough to melt the butter and the pancakes were so hard

Lady at the customer service table is terrible..I asked her if the order is ready and she she yelled back saying it's not ready and if I like i should leave..I just expected a yes or no answer.she is very unprofessional 10/5/25 at 10:25 am

I just wanna go on record. I think he can't just give a place 5 full stars, but the holocaupino kick burger is one of the most unsung heroes and best burgers you're gonna buy absolutely anywhere at anytime. The avocado burger that my wife had is a good choice as well, especially with The Onion rings. As far as my local IHOP here in brick, the service is always good. But then again, it's never that crowded and what I love the most, I guess for an atmosphere, and it's only on Wednesday nights where the kids eat free from 5 to 7 PM. Is, they have character night. Which is really cool to reason.I bring my kids there to get a kick out of each character and now it's a month of Halloween so you can guess what kind of characters they have.We were there for beetlejuice.We were there for Sully, and next week.We will be there for mike wazowski

I ordered breakfast to go for myself, after waiting 50 minutes for my food I got 3 meals and somehow 2 of them were completely messed up. I ordered blueberry pancakes with strawberry syrup, the blueberry pancakes had no taste at all to them and I didn’t get any strawberry syrup, only regular table syrup. I also ordered a regular cheeseburger with only bacon and onions that was it. I had one slice of bacon, no onions and they also added a very yolky egg that just completely ruined that sandwich. I spent $47 dollars on breakfast and it was just a waste. This was my first time there and definitely my last time. Please Do better ihop.

It was great. Very DIFFERENT from the regular IHOPs we go to but our waitress was very personable and she should be a manager. Every 5/7 mins she came over to check on us which I think is perfect for a time limit for every table. Absolutely excellent and we go atleast once or twice a month
Manager is very weird and unwelcoming. Not sure how difficult it is to make scrambled eggs these days but they were cold when they arrived 25 minutes after ordering in a half-empty restaurant. Wait staff is very nice and tries hard to provide a good experience.

Cindy gave us the most wonderful service. I worked in the industry for many years at the Hilton Hotel. It’s been some time since I’ve experienced such wonderful genuine service, with attention detail.
