I ordered filet mignon and salmon hibachi with a chicken tempura roll I told the person taking my order I have a severe allergy to shellfish and asked if my food could be cooked away from it being that I can’t consume shellfish I took a couple of bites after receiving my food and immediately, my throat, tongue and ears started tangling and my airway became restricted thank god my sister was home to stick me with my epiPen my sister reached out to the restaurant and advised them what happened The manager Jerry was on the phone. He was very rude basically calling me a liar and then started screaming asking How did I pay? He was very upset that he had to refund me for their mistake that could’ve took my life. I will never be returning to this place. FYI, if you have a seafood allergy stay clear of this place the customer service was horrible after they caused me harm they need to be shut downDietary restrictions: Shellfish

Always treated like family. Every meal is meticulously prepared. Service here is second to none on the Jersey shore. I have been going here for over 10 years and the staff never disappoints. Sushi is always fresh. Food is always good. Great restaurant.

The food is amazing and so is service, id say that every once in a while the soy bean paper rolls aren't rolled tight enough but that's very very rare, the food itself i always do delicious and in general is just really great. I would highly recommend coming here for sushi and hibachi, it's a must go experience.

Just went for lunch yesterday. Sushi was good but hibachi was terrible. No flavor to the food. Steak was way overcooked and Had no flavor.

When we are in the mood for delicious Japanese food, Ikko is our favorite. The food is always delicious, and the service has always been very friendly yet professional. We typically order sushi, but have tried some of the other dishes and have enjoyed them as well. It's a bit on the pricy side, so Ikkos is a treat for us rather than a regular stop.
This is our favorite Hibachi place. We order from here often and sometimes eat in the restaurant. Food is always delicious.

1st time there. The food was great. So was our cook, Simi, for hibachi. We had an issue with the grill, had to move to a different table, and we were given fresh rice because our first plate was cold by the time he started cooking again. I will definitely go back. Thank
