Just the best end of story! I called Jersey Kitchen back in March for a large, 125 person party, that we were having in June. I spoke with the owner who helped me every step of the way! I was so worried to not have enough or not order the right things that would go together and she walked me through everything!! I had some issues with another vendor which she even solved! Just fantastic! So the day of the party comes and her team delivered everything to the house and it was phenomenal! I have never had so many people say how amazing the food was at a party! We will never use anyone else, Jersey Kitchen and Terese are hands down the best catering I have had at any party. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to make our party so great!

Chef Teresa my newest BFF. I'm omg are impressed on my first catering order, Having my own business is crazy busy enough without adding holidays to the drama. my calming get away is cooking, which I love , like other men fish ,sports etc. When i realized this past thanksgiving was going to be stressful. I found Teresa. I ordered my turkey which my wife said why is it green and shiny , I explained turkey is dry and bland it needs a boost of help and when she explained how she prepared the breast with the spices and injected marinate I will not tell, omg was off the charts good .I enjoy turkey a little bit drier and went off the clock cooking time and my company and myself loved it and still moist with flavor . Also ordered lasagna Bolognese for prior night entertainment was also a outrageous meal. Again my wife hardly go out to dinner in ocean county because I can ace them all and food is not good.
