Went there today to get a sub and there always switching the good employees for bad ones that don’t make the sandwiches good, poor attitudes the atmosphere is all off. Everytime they do that I stop going there for months. They really mess up when they do that, I’m not the only one and they wonder why there slow a lot 🤦‍♂️ smh

We ordered 1 sub online for pickup and they gave us the wrong order. It was 1 sandwich and no one bothered to check it. Seeing that workers think they should make more than $6.00 an hour maybe you should learn to read. This is the second and last time this location screwed up a small order. Overpriced chain that skimps quality.

I have never in all my years seen a more lifeless dead staff. I'm a regular and come everyday and I have been given a harder time everyday I walk in. It is almost as if the boss is lashing them after work if they give out 0.1 ounces too much meet in a cheesessteak. I will from now on report every instance of this. I just ate a cheesesteak that was basically all bread.i am boiling mad.

I used to come here all the time. The service is always great, but the quality has gone downhill fast. The last two times I placed a pickup order it was wrong, and this time I unwrapped my sandwich to find a hair in it.

Brown lettuce again for the second time in two weeks. And I asked for #56 with whole wheat and didn’t get whole wheat. Last week i placed an online thinking they’ll get the order correct order was wrong also. i didn’t post a negative review because maybe they had an off day/ week but never again!

I purchased through grub hub. I ordered a cheese steak wrap and a Turkey and provolone wrap. I spent 36.00 on 2 wraps that weren’t worth it. I belong to the club I purchase all the time, but, disappointed isn’t the word.

While at this store today, the employee charged me extra just for the type of ham I wanted on my sub...No other Jersey Mike's sub place ever did that. I guess they think they're not making enough on a regular sub that costs $9.00?
