the mushroom cheese steak in a bowl it leaked everywhere, right through the bag all over my car seat and when I lifted the carton out of the box, there was so much juice that the bottom collapsed. really very unappealing to eat.

And more specifically, tonight. The Airport Road location was closed due to a power outage, so this location was busier than usual. Team was still smiling and happy and courteous! Special accolades to Noah, always kind and awesome.

Old bread,hard and disgusting
I was surprised how bad the sandwich was, but luckily I was very hungry. I got a chicken cheesesteak. So dry, no flavor and hardly any cheese and not much chicken either.
Went there today to get a sub and there always switching the good employees for bad ones that don’t make the sandwiches good, poor attitudes the atmosphere is all off. Everytime they do that I stop going there for months. They really mess up when they do that, I’m not the only one and they wonder why there slow a lot 🤦♂️ smh

We ordered 1 sub online for pickup and they gave us the wrong order. It was 1 sandwich and no one bothered to check it. Seeing that workers think they should make more than $6.00 an hour maybe you should learn to read. This is the second and last time this location screwed up a small order. Overpriced chain that skimps quality.

I have never in all my years seen a more lifeless dead staff. I'm a regular and come everyday and I have been given a harder time everyday I walk in. It is almost as if the boss is lashing them after work if they give out 0.1 ounces too much meet in a cheesessteak. I will from now on report every instance of this. I just ate a cheesesteak that was basically all bread.i am boiling mad.
