Good quality sandwich. Also, very good customer service. We had ordered online and then realized there was a mistake on our part. I called to see if they could change the order, and although the sandwich had been made, they made a new one. This was the shop on Mantoloking Rd.

Stopped in for a sandwich with my pup which was great. Young staffers greeted myself and each customer who walked in the door w a “how’s your day?” and were highly professional. They keep a clean shop here. Nice to see an operation well run by hard workers.

My wife and I went Friday 4/21/23 and got a sub and sub salad to take home. Once I got home and started eating the second bite I took, I felt something rock hard in my mouth when I bit down. I thought my crown fell out originally till I spit the food out and found a piece of glass that I bite down on. I instantly ripped the sub apart to make sure there was nothing else, but upon looking closer, the sub also had a peice of hair in it. I couldn't believe that happened I have been going there for years and have never had an issue with any of my food the manager that was there that day was very understanding and refunded me my money for our food but unfortunately I can't go back to that location any time soon

I have good luck with every Jersey Mike's I go to, so kudo's on that vibe! But this location is just so kind, happy, and on point whenever we go here. Great job to the team making this location feel welcoming & engaging with the customers in a way that illustrates you're actually happy to be there.Oh, and food is always good. Never a complaint from me, however, if we can bring back pickles to purchase, that would be amazing.
