It's a little messy looking in here. With 4 people behind a tiny counter, it took longer than I expected to make 3 subs. Orders are made in the order they come in, including online or phone orders, so that made for a longer wait time in person. Oil and vinegar was much too generous, even when light quantities were requested.

They are one of the worst stores in the franchise!!! Rude from the minute you walk in. Thats even an understatement! Did an online order and it wasn't ready and I went 10 minutes later than the quoted time. The sandwich was dry and thrown together sub-par! Never going back to this location again.

Stay away if you don’t a bread and lettuce sandwich. Said something to slicer that you are gonna gut more meat on sandwich right and he yells out extra meat and charges me more money on a $20 dollar sub that he was literally putting 6 slices of meat on whole sub this chain is a joke anymore that they charge as much as they do and don’t put meat on sandwiches. Won’t ever go back to this one is for sure.

I ordered a giant #13. I want to know where is the meat it was so thin all we tasted was bread. I should have just went to colonial mkt or prime which are cheaper and carry alot more meat on there subs. Never again
Everytime. I order from I noticed that meat is being sliced thinner and thinner for the money I’m paying you should get more meat. I go to Prime on Herbertsville Rd and they know how to make a sub plus less expensive too.
