Love Jersey mikes and have ordered it probably like twice a week since I've moved so close to one! It's so convenient to order online and it's always ready on time! Why I keep ordering from uber eats with them is beyond me. This place CANNOT follow directions. Doesn't matter how you order a sandwich or wrap, they make it how they want to. I'll get mine from wawa from now on. This location is terrible. Don't order from them EVER.

Inconsistency with pricing... 9/21/23 paid $16 for a cheese sub which was rang up as a "vegetarian" Than a week because which was rang up as an actual cheese sub which i had asked for each visit. How can a provolone sub with just lettuce be rang up as a vegetarian that includes multiple ingredients than just cheese. And why was it rung up as a vegetarian the 2nd visit which is $6 more than the cheese sub in which I ordered and why do the employees ring this up differently? Plus was giving no receipt and the lady seemed bothered by my existence. What a shame

What happen today nearly brought tears to our eyes. My wife and I were picking up lunch for friends of ours. While making our sandwiches, the gentleman slicing the meat asked if we had any plans for the weekend. We proceeded to tell him how we were picking up lunch to meet friends where one was recovering from a successful cancer surgery. When we went to pay for the meal, the manager who overheard what we were talking about informed us the meal was taken care of and that the meal was on Jersey Mikes. They even wrote a “get well soon” message on the sandwich.Some things go far beyond just the product that a company creates or serves. It’s important to remember the people that make up a business and Jersey Mikes, at least at this location in Brick, showed that their hearts are truly in their work. They showed that the human spirit is alive and well. It may not seem like a lot to some people, and they can say oh it’s just a sandwich. What they did goes far beyond the price of a sandwich. They warned our hearts and more importantly they gained out respect and admiration as life Long customers
