I have to say this is the best Hotdog Truck around Ocean County hundred percent the Newark style. Italian hotdog are phenomenal. Definitely must try. Will not be disappointed and Joe and Joe are great guys. Also they become family.!!

I have had the most positive experiences with La Madre Maria! When I visit my grandfather on the Jersey Shore, he loves to go out for a hot dog! This summer we stopped at La Madre Maria truck.
