I went in Mexican music playing so hard you couldn't hear yourself think I ordered a cranberry bagel with butter The bagel was not even a half an inch concluding top and bottom and I don't know where the butter was cuz I certainly didn't see it or taste it

Big location, fast moving, and the best bagels of any Manhattan bagels. They most likely send the bagels from this location to the other stores.
Shak is amazing every time we walk in he greets us with a friendly smile and always takes great care of us he definetly takes pride in his business and it shows everytime . Patti and the whole staff is exceptional everytime ! The bagels are so fresh everytime love coming here thanks you 👍 This place is a gem and the coffee is so fresh everytime love.
