This place is exactly what every meme and nightmare of McDonald’s that have ever been portrayed in one building.You order your food and it’s ice cold then you ask for two hamburgers and a medium fries the box is half empty for the fries and a Quick Look into the bag and you see hamburger wrappers only to get home and they are cheeseburgers.The level of stupidity the manager and employees exhibit is comical then when you address the issue the customer is wrong my receipt says hamburgers you used a hamburger wrapper and put cheeseburgers in it yet it’s my fault.If I was good at magic I’d be preforming in Atlantic City yet the manager was stunned that there was cheeseburgers in hamburger wrappers as if it was a prank.Do yourselves and your families a huge favor and stay away from this fast food circus it seems Ronald disappeared and all employees and management have taken the role as the new clowns at this establishment.

placed a mobile order, number one they “stopped making” the drink i ordered after a certain time though i have ordered the same exact beverage multiple times after the time while i was there today. on top of that, i switched it to a dr pepper and received a diet coke after they repeated dr pepper to me multiple times. horrible service and food was gross.

This is in the worst location possible. Avoid at all costs. No matter how far the other McDonald’s are it’ll be faster and WAY EASIER. Shame on this traffic plan.

I placed a mobile order went through the drive-through I told the guy I had a mobile order and he said go to the next window. I went to the next window and they handed me a big bag of food and I said that can’t be mine. I just ordered a Diet Coke and a big Mac. They took it back and asked me what did I order? I told them a Diet Coke and a Big Mac. It appeared as though no one ever made it, but they did get it to me however, I didn’t get the correct soda after all of that anyway. This location continues to underperform. It could easily be solved with proper training. There were only a few cars here in the drive-through I’m hoping the manager will see this and provide further training, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen this is like my third or fourth time with an issue here.

Couldn't speak English. Order was wrong. Anyone working the driveway windows should be able to take a correct order. Shouldn't have to come back in establishment to get order corrected and still be questioned.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Once again we get home and are missing items in our order! We call several times and no one answers the phone which seems to be another common issue with this location!!! I dont know how this place operates or is in business bc they are ALWAYS messing up orders whether it Is a missing item or it is done wrong. This has happened several times and seems to be the only location that has this many issues. We will gladly go elsewhere as there are many great options in the area who can handle taking care of their customers and giving them what they pay for. Management should be ashamed of themselves because clearly they have not done anything to resolve these issues and have employees who clearly just do not care and cannot handle their job. I will be taking this up with CORPORATE sInce they REFUSE to answer their phones and I am not giving them my money for free since they cannot handle fulfilling their orders.

I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru tonight and ordered three drinks. The lady taking my order was kind, but she seemed to have trouble understanding what I was saying, which I was patient about. However, when I got to the window, the young girl handed me the drinks and I realized they were the wrong ones. When I pointed this out, she turned around and said she was too busy and that I had to just accept the order. I told her politely that I wasn’t willing to take the wrong drinks and asked if she could please remake them. She got visibly upset and acted frustrated about fixing the mistake. I understand that drive-thru workers get busy, but there’s no reason for customers to be treated rudely when they just want what they ordered. Very disappointing experience tonight. Would not recommend going to this location in Brick.

The sweet tea looks like water. Placed a mobile order and when i got to the window they tried giving me someone else’s meal x2. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for the correct orderThis was by far the worst experience here.

We've gone to this McDonald's 2x in the last 3 weeks and it's been a mind bending clusterF of an experience both times. 1st time we went inside, used kiosk, and after 20 minutes we had to track down an employee to ask what's up.
2nd time we to drive through. We were the ONLY car in the drive thru. Asked if they could do a lettuce bun (instead of bread) and the girl had no concept of what I meant and someone else had to come to the microphone at which point I just said no bun. Then she resumed our order and for 1 meal, 1 burger and chicken strips she said it was $72. I said $72?!? Yes. I repeated $72 for 3 items? She says yes again. So I said well that's a problem. And she goes OH, $27. We paid. They said pull into spot 4. Again we were the the only car. After we sat at spot 4 for 12 minutes, I started to go inside to see what's up and that's when they brought out our order!! 12 minutes for 2 burgers, fries, 1 soda and chicken strips. This place is pathetic.
