I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bisquit and an orange juice. It was terrible. They obviously watered down the orange juice and it was like drinking water with a slight flavoring. The sandwich wash dried out as though it had been sitting for awhile. I thre it all in the trash and wasted my $8. Never thought this would happen at a McDonald's

Only this McDonald's can mess up your order 5 times in a row. Absolutely must check and make sure they give you everything. Open everything up and make sure they made it right. It's literally like they don't even care. I just love paying for things I didn't receive. And they know by the time you get home and realize that you're not driving all the way back there. Do better management.

My address is exact and they have not left my order. Only today does that happen and they have always left it at the door and today they left it at another address that I do not know. I am upset because I was very hungry. I came home from work and I had no other option but to order. a McDonald's and they haven't left my order

If I could have given no stars I would have- Ordered and asked for barbecue sauce-You will have to pay for that-Called corporate-They will be calling the restaurant- This place should be shut down

The service is polite and professional whenever I come here, I just can not comprehend why someone would only fill an order of fries like halfway full? I’m not saying Jam Pack it full but at least make it a honest pour. Does the employee who half filled my fries get some kind of kick back on shorting customers of fries or something?

This is consistently the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I went today around 4:00. I ordered at the kiosk, which was out of register tape. The food was brought to my table within 5 minutes. I ordered a Chicken Big Mac, French fries and a soda. I got no napkins, no straw, no ketchup (none of which are out for customers). My Chicken Big Mac was cold, the chicken was hard as a rock and the French fries were cold and hard as well. This is ridiculous! I was the only customer in the store! The restaurant tables were dirty. The manager was sitting at a back table and no workers were visible from the dining room. I really do not understand how they stay in business.

Filthy restaurant, horrible service, no straws, cup lids, out of sweet tea & they couldn’t care less!! It too 20 minutes to get my sister & I to get our meals. Oh yeah, and nothing was done right. The worst…never again

Actually both Egg McMuffins were excellent and perfectly crunchy. I just wish you'd offer a better cheese than American... It's NOT cheese. Only lose a star for that.
Once again I am missing an item. I called the location several times before a nasty employee answered and told me everyone is knew and theres nothing they can do about it and hung up on me! You can be sure we will be taking this up with corporate and not coming back to this nasty location!

Your typical McDonald's fast food. Located in a plaza so it makes for a convenient quick lunch. The store itself is one of the nicer ones I've been to, but as with most McDonald's nowadays the service was not very quick.
