Had an issue with the pickup order and the Manager (name escapes me) did a wonderful job to make it right

This location could be me than what it is. Always short staffed and the mis treatment the staff gets from corporate is ridiculous. Upper management should step up when there are call outs no shows but no the staff just gets questioned why? It makes you wonder why people don't want to come in to work. Scheduling is an absolute joke. I truly understand from a patrons point of view and I absolutely agree, they are who pays the employees salaries and should be appreciated. All I ask is sometime look at what the staff goes through and give them the sane respect you expect. Because TRUST ME, they don't get it from corporate. And that is sad in itself. Patience and kindness go a long way for both sides of the spectrum. Neither side should feel mis treated. It makes for a bad overall feeling for everyone. We were all taught test others as you want to be treated. let's try to live by this. For customers and staff.

Those workers were truly trying their best, it was insanely busy in there tonight. They apologized for the wait but, I saw them doing all they could so, it really was no biggie to me. I got a whole greek salad tonight there were no cucumbers, tons of white lettuce bottoms and so many thick cut red onions… they were seriously about 1/3 of the entire salad. I waited 30 minutes for this underwhelming salad..

My very large catering order was over an hour late. Not a single person is called to apologize or try to rectify this situation. They do not care do not order from this place.

Horrible staff made my worker late and held food beyond the necessary length. Ended up taking over 30 minutes after pre ordering 15 minutes before that. Bad attitudes as well

I was there today And while I was eating, I saw the woman who takes the orders treat some young delivery men very badly and yell at them just for speaking Spanish. I never thought that racist people would work in a place like that. I will never go to places where there are racists again and I will let the world know how unpleasant it is to see racial abuse in our country. I imagine that because of people like that, businesses lose sales.
This was in the Brick NJ Panera drive thru. I have never written a bad review...this is the 1st time, but I have to be honest it was a very bad experience. First, I waited 38 minutes in the drive thru line...5 cars ahead of me and people started beeping...38 minutes in a drive thru!...then I had to get back in line because they forgot 2 items when I checked my bag (thank God I checked it before I left in the parking lot)...So then I spent another 27 minutes in the drive thru line AGAIN!...When she handed me the 2 missing items thru the window one of the items was a small and I ordered a large!...And the other item the top wasnt on right and spilled in the bag!.. No apology for anything at all!...When I called the manager the next morning she said sorry but made the excuse that the system they use isnt working well and needs to be upgraded and also because it was the 1st of the month they always get crowds at the beginning of a month...Umm Huh? It just did not sound like a good reason...So I spent a total of one hour and 5 minutes in a drive thru line!...Also the salads were very small for $11.99 and large soup $8.99 was literally like a child's size ice cream cup...Never again!...Im not going to Panera. I feel terrible having to give a bad review, but if I can save someone else from the hassle then yes!...Maybe another Panera might be better, but Brick NJ...No.

Ordered food for pickup ordered large bread bowl soup 8.00 & sandwich. Got a tiny soup & the sandwich was a mess the chicken salad was more in the wrapper than the bread. So disappointed.

I visited Panera on Sunday, September 7th around 7:00 PM and tried to use my Sip Club membership. Unfortunately, when I went to get a refill, the manager on duty told me no, even though the membership specifically states that refills of the same beverage are included.
I’ve been a loyal Panera customer and joined the Sip Club because of the convenience and value it provides. Being denied a benefit I pay for was disappointing and frustrating, especially since I’ve had no issue at other Panera locations. I would appreciate consistency across all stores so that members aren’t put in uncomfortable situations like this.
Portion sizes are very small, especially considering the prices. Hardly any tuna...was more like a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Won't be back.

Every visit, the soup portions are reduced! The bread bowls keep getting smaller, so we stopped ordering them. Now the soup bowls are filed less each time we visit. If ingredients are more expensive, charge more, but please give me a decent portion to eat!
