Hello, we’ve been coming to the Brick location for a while and we noticed since they let go Darren the place is constantly dirty. The tables and floor are dirty. Under Darren’s leadership the establishment was a joy to come to. The overall service has greatly decreased since his departure.

I love going in to pick an order up. I am the only person at the counter and 2 people walk by make eye contact and don't say a word. Meanwhile my phone is face up ok the counter for the cashier to see and i get an attitude about company policy because I said the name of the order I was picking up for. I then ask for a manager just to have said cashier ask what the issue is as she turns away. Great customer service keep it up

Have healthy options like how they have a delivery option
It seems like when I order the food is getting less and less my salad is 3/4 of the bowl it used to be full. The sandwiches are skimpy. I’ve got a piece of bread that was an inch wide start looking at what you’re sending out. You lost me as a customer!

Very disappointed in Panera bread in general your bowls were the only reason I went there and I can’t get them anymore. Lost. Customer for good
$5 for almost half FOAM chia tea does not make me happy. Really not fair to serve a drink that's mostly foam. 😡

So we walk in and place our order on the kiosk, it says proceed to pick up window for our cups.. We waited at least 5 mins for our cups as everyone in the kitchen was ignoring us. So we proceed over to the soda counter and its filthy and sticky, same with our table. Its around 4pm nobody in the restaurant but everyone is behind the counter having a grand old time but not one person in the lobby cleaning up. Panera is going down hill and today was most likely my last visit. Shame because my chili bowl was pretty tasty.
