There's hardly anything vegan or healthy available. Panera needs to add more plant-based options and remove unnecessary milk products from smoothies, soups, and lattes.Vegetarian options: Barely any veg-friendly options. Panera needs to up their game. There's a significant health-concious and vegetarian market segment they're excluding.

I have only been to this establishment once prior for take out, today I decided to dine in. I ordered on their order pads after I was instructed to see cashier for cups ordered. I was told they would be ready when my food was ready for me to pick up….really?? First: I’m dinning in why would I pick up my food, second why could I have my cups while I’m waiting? Went to pick up counter and a manager (female) asked if I needed help, I said I was told to wait here for my food and cups…she was a little rude. When I got my food it was on a plate….no tray…so I’m carrying plates over to my table…frustrating!!! and to boot the food is wrong!!!! No tomato and lettuce was ordered. This is simply another fast food restaurant with rude staff…I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The soup was not hot, the steak and cheese sandwich had two tiny thin pieces of meat and was slathered in so much horseradish sauce it was inedible. My Aunt got a bear claw that was stale. There was no server at the counter to even ask to heat the soup or exchange the stale pastry. No service was available even when you called into the back. The shop was dirty. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Panera. It should close down. A waste of $28!! Gross, NO STARS

They literally gave me a quater of a sandwich with soup! How on earth you make a two-slice sandwich and just serve a quater!? Expensive as hell and by the time I left I was hungry again! This place no more!

Check in on the tablet is too stressful. Order was wrong, Turkey wild grain rice soup was not hot, was watered down, no rice . Not worth the price. How dare they ask if you want to tip when I had to put the order in myself!!!

Worst costumer service everI’m using my reward’s daily in many branches and I use to tap my mobile to save time I asked her to allow me to tap my cell phone I shocked by an answer “you don’t tell me what to do just give me your phone number we have a procedure we have to follow “ unfortunately she doesn’t know how to use her system that’s why she turned aggressive. I believe they have to educate employees how to deal with their own system as well as how to talk to the customerBad experience
