HORRIBLE SERVICE, PUT ON HOLD MULTIPLE TIMES. TOOK 1 hr 30 mins FOR A SANDWICH WHICH I REFUSED, THE OWNERS ARE NOW REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR FOOD I DID NOT TAKE. RIDICULOUS

Everything from the phone call to order food to the pick up was awful. This is the 3rd time giving them a chance since the new owners and as the saying goes 2 strikes your out! I was put on hold 4 times and had to keep repeating what I had just ordered. Then was told 30 minutes to pick up and it turned into almost an hour.
