Quick delivery friendly delivery person.when ordering over the phone ask to be connected to store. For service.,99% of the time one gets rerouted to call center, the call gets dropped, if not they mess up order ; staff in store though when taking the phone order, tend to be rushed as if waiting on one over the phone is inconvenient, it's not like there bursting at the seams with customers when I go pick up order at times. So, not sure why the rudeness over taking phone orders, b/c it does not appear they're waiting on people at the restaurant, unless it's all take out orders & they rather have the rerouting of calls to call center. If the call center did a better job at providing good service a whole different story.
