I have no idea what happened to other reviewers, but we have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT service and food. So much food that you have to take some home--you can't eat all at once. Good value for the money.\nService is excellent. Immediately sat down with no wait time.\nLocation is perfect.\nBeen going here for over 45 years. SAME owners. Wish we had this where we now live.
This is a classic old school NJ diner. Breakfast is good, service is good and it is the thing you expect when you think of a NJ diner. I did get a kick out of the entry area that still has 2 pay phones. I can remember this place 20+ ago when I lived here.

We go here quite frequently to have breakfast with my nephew because it is a convenient location and he can get a dinner for breakfast,as he works nights. The food is adequate, not great. Today we had a waiter who took his job way too seriously, to the point of being hilarious. Asking a customer if the would like a straw with their drink, or if the would prefer milk or cream in their coffee, or whether they would like marmalade, butter, or jelly with their toast is a little too...
