Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I brought a group of 20 seniors here on a Wednesday before a movie at AMC. We were efficiently served our drinks and then our food. Sat in the patio room, which felt like a private room. Bill, Andrea and all the servers very organized, especially as I requested separate checks for our group.

Restaurant was noisy, loud, and almost unbearable. Couldn't wait to eat and leave.

Had a nice family meal with four adults and three kids. The server kept on top of everything and provided everything asked for without fail. The kids food was nice small versions of the adult dishes and came with coloring pages for them. They didn't rush the meal or rush us out after..... Just a great relaxing time with great food.

Service was ok. Our server was very overly attentive in the beginning. Kept coming to check on us every five minutes or so, then when we were done and trying to get the check, he wasn't as attentive. It wasn't even that busy either. We had to use that terminal on the table. I don't know if that's just how it's done there, but I don't like having to use those because I was paying in cash and I don't like leaving it on the table. He didn't mention that if we wanted the check to use that. So we sat for another fifteen minutes waiting till we just used it anyway. The food was rather greasy as well. It tasted like older fry oil. Ended up getting sick later. Usually I'm not as hard on servers as I was one and maybe that's just how the server is personality wise but it was just a bit much with how many times he came back to check on us in my opinion then nothing at the end of the end of the meal.
