The service at Red Robin usually depends on who is serving. I had excellent and unprofessional service. The food is always great and 90% of the time no wait.We like it so we keep going.

This Red Robin is one of my favorite places to eat. They have great food,great service,and it's close to the movie theatre, so it's perfect for dinner and a movie. The burgers are really good of course but they have some salads and sandwiches I also really like. They have some good choices for kids too and excellent desserts.

For a chain restaurant, these are pretty good burgers. This time. I tried the chicken sandwich which was also really really good.

They will rip you off and over charge you.

3 burgers a salad and 4 drinks isnt $100

If the waitress says the appetizer is free for signing up for the rewards program they are lying.

Overall my experience was sub par at best. The food was good but not great, the bun was cold and not toasted. The price was a little expensive for the experience. The drinks were pricey and not strong or good. There were no coasters used at all and you had to watch out for the perspiration on the table. Overall all it wasn't fantastic but it wasn't the worse. Price is not worth the burger.

Underrated burger spot. My friend kept telling me to try and I finally did. The bbq whiskey burger was nicely done. Not oily and tasted fresh. The onion rings were decent too. Nice crisp to them. Don’t sleep on chocolate chip cookies. So good. For a fast food spot it was solid.

I brought a group of 20 seniors here on a Wednesday before a movie at AMC. We were efficiently served our drinks and then our food. Sat in the patio room, which felt like a private room. Bill, Andrea and all the servers very organized, especially as I requested separate checks for our group.

Restaurant was noisy, loud, and almost unbearable. Couldn't wait to eat and leave.
Food was hot and somewhat tasty.
Bathroom was filthy.
