we've been here twice before and haven't had an issue until recently. put in an order for pick up to bring home as usual, but received a terribly dry and overbaked stromboli and a soggy soppy calzone that was a pile of mush, the dough indistinguishable from the filling. both were inedible. we contacted round pie twice in the past 10 days with no response. it's one thing if you get a poor order but it's another when you're looking to discuss the issue or get a refund but cannot reach anyone for the life of you. huge deterrent from returning.

My boyfriend and I always come here for our vodka parm sandwich which is absolutely amazing! Its always a pleasant experience when we go. Today I decided to switch it up and order a crispy chicken Ceasar salad wrap, and I just had to come write a review! This is the BEST chicken Ceasar wrap I have ever had honestly. You guys NEVER disappoint ! Thank you so much for such great service and food! Forever my go to!
