My husband and I, after having a cute date, decided on eating at Shake Shack. I usually don’t sit down in restaurants to eat because I have really bad anxiety, so I was very excited upon entering and seeing that I could order digitally and not have to deal with people.The minute I touched the digital ordering screen, I was bothered by an employee asking if I had ever been to Shake Shack before. While I was trying to order my food, she rudely interrupted again to tell us about a promotion for a free chicken sandwich. By this point she had already disrupted my thought process twice, and I was getting close to an anxiety attack. I politely declined the free sandwich because it required stopping what I was doing and entering my phone number.Despite declining multiple times, she took over the machine, found the sandwich, put it in our cart, and then asked me to enter my phone number. I felt completely off guard and pressured into doing something I didn’t want to do, and I eventually gave in just so she would stop bothering me. After we finished ordering, I grabbed our number and headed to a table. Almost immediately, she came over and asked if we needed any condiments. I politely told her I would get them myself. Instead of leaving, she then asked if I knew where they were, which felt unnecessary and intrusive.Not even five minutes into being there, it felt like we were being followed and hovered over. This is not what anyone wants to deal with while trying to eat at a fast-food restaurant. This isn’t a five-star dining establishment it’s Shake Shack. When we finally got our food, she came back again to ask how everything was, and by that point I’d had enough. The food was fine, but the constant interruptions and pressure completely ruined the experience. I won’t be dining in here again .

Went to Shake Shack for the first time tonight. Stopped in about 45 minutes before closing, and was immediately greeted with friendly faces all around. Every employee there greeted me and was super friendly and helpful. I ordered through the kiosk and had a hard time applying a promo, and they immediately jumped in to help. When waiting for our food, one of the guys came over and offered my 4 year old a coloring page and crayons. A little while later, he stopped by and offered to refill our drinks. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were meticulously clean, but what really set my visit apart, was the exceptional customer service. For that alone, I will be returning in the near future!

I am a regular at this Shake Shack in Brick, and it's soley due to one person only. SAM. Sam is the general manager at this Shake Shack, and is the main reason I never stop coming back, he makes you feel like his best friend, heck even like family... When I'm having a rough day and not feeling at my best, thats not acceptable when around Sam, he has this vibrant and igniting energy that is so electric and magnetic as you can see a little bit of his personality and uplifting spirit in each and every one of the employees, everyone who is employed here has a smile on their face while taking their order, and the food DELIVERS every-single time, its safe to say that Shake Shack feels like home for me and I would love to give a proper thank you to my good pal Sam! He is one of the greatest people I've ever met.

I was there 2 days ago I had a double cheeseburger it was out of this world I went out and told my whole family so 2 days later I was there today with my niece and we ordered double cheeseburgers also the shakes to order a french fries with the cheese sauce on it let me tell you the meat was very dry I don't know what happened the french fries were not hot soggy with the cheese sauce all stuck together and the shakes didn't taste right now I was not like that the other day I don't know what happened it was very busy there we use the kiosk and they miss one french fry on the order and it came to $42 so I have egg on my face cuz my niece did not have a good time there and so did I I hope next time I go there the food will be much better I just don't know what happened I love Shake Shack

It’s just another fast food joint that you have to wait inside for no drive thru - fries are definitely not fresh cut they are frozen crinkle cuts you can buy at the store - their shack sauce is nothing to mention - the hype I heard on the radio led me to a huge disappointment

Update on last experience: I was not there but my partner was again impressed by a stellar employee . This time it was the person expediting the orders. I had the Shroom burger which was interesting but overfried in what seemed like oil that had been used too many times and tasted a bit fishy. As I am a vegetarian and wasn't crazy about their two options I may not be getting anything else there,which is a shame because my partner loves their burgers. The person at thecounter was phenomenal! She was personable and professional and an asset to her employer. The place was clean and pleasant, although the music was a bit loud. We ordered food to go so that wasn't a problem. My partner had a single bacon cheese burger, which he really enjoyed, and I had the veggie shack, which was overwhelmingly salty. There were some fried onions on the patty which were smothered in some sort of sauce which might have accounted for the sodium bomb. The patty itself was sort of flavorless and dry. We also shared an order of fries which neither of us liked. So it was sort of a mixed bag. I really wanted to like the place so i will try again. Luckily they have another vegetarian option!
I just want to give a special shout out to the man working at the Brick location on Friday at 7pm, I’m pretty sure he was the manager- he greeted us when we came in, walked around with a smile asking if his workers and customers were okay, went out of his way to bring over extra ketchup & refill drinks, and just had an amazing positive attitude. That man deserves a raise. Positivity in the workplace makes all the difference for everyone. The food was great. Good quality and perfect amount- doesn’t leave you feeling bloated or guilty. I’ll always come back here to eat.

I used to not like burgers at all, but one day I gave in after my husband insisted — he had read about how fresh the ingredients are at Shake Shack. I decided to give it a try, and ever since then, I’ve become their #1 fan! The burgers are juicy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service is always excellent, and the prices are great for the quality and flavor you get. To me, it’s a cosmic delight! My favorite is the SmokeShack without cherry peppers. I recommend it 1000% — you won’t regret it! 🍔✨

Worst “burger” ever!! What they call a burger is really a slab of grizzle on soggy bun. The burger cost $10.50. A burger/fries/drink cost over $20 !!! Horrible food at an insanely high price.
