Best penne vodka in brick. Tastes like something my great grandmother would have made me. Even the bread was lights out. Customer for life. Keep up the great work ethic Singas!

The dough was not cooked at all.
Called in to order a large cheese pie for takeout. The person. Who answered the phone sounded like it was the last thing he wanted to be doing. When I went inside to pick up the pizza it took over 5 minutes for someone to help me and it wasn’t that busy. The person gave me the pizza and said that is 17 dollars. I questioned the price because the online menu says A large cheese pie is 11.99. The person explained to me that the online price is for. A different pizza even though I specifically stated large cheese. He stated that the online menu is misleading. After a few moments of going back and forth he adjusted the price to 11.99. The worst part about it was the pizza was terrible . Barely any flavor and crust was like cardboard. I wanted to try the famous pizza as advertised and I was having a hard time understanding what’s so famous about it. There are so many pizza places that are far superior to this place in food quality and service.. round pie is a chain right around the corner and blows this place away…. Not to mention all the independent pizza places. Unfortunately I feel that Something has to change or this place will never make it.

1st time there, sat down at table expecting to be greeted with menus, after a few minutes went to counter to ask for menus, had to go to counter to order. Ordered large pizza 1/2 cheese and 1/2 meat lovers and garlic knots as an appetizer to come out first. Original counter person left and new person never brought garlic knots as an appetizer. Our whole order was delivered to us packed to go. When I told her her reply was the other girl didn't tell me. Don't they have it noted on the order if it is for dine in or take out?Pizza was soggy and just warm, would have been ice cold if we brought it home. Didn't feel like the employees enjoyed working there and it didn't seem that an owner or manager was there. Probably one & done for us.

Updated review from Jan 2024... I gave this place a 2nd try after the owners reply of staff still. In training on my last review complaints.. And the update?IT'S EVEN WORSE!!!!!Sure they got the toppings right this time but the quality is absolutely horrendous. My pie was a soggy mess in the crust and the toppings were raw and not cooked.. Like how is that combo even possible... Also the sauce was sweet and not tomato at all... And the cheese... The cheese was absolutely horrific... It was just off in smell let alone taste. This is it... 2 chances givenThis place is not recommended. This is NOT anything like the original singas pizza from Edison or jersey cityWILL NOT BE RETURNING.*********ORIGINAL Review:I've been well versed with how singas pizza is supposed to be.. The locations in Edison and jersey city have been visited for years by me and they have been on point every time over the past 20 yrs for my experience..Now.. The good and bad with this new location in brick nj..The good... Location.. Ample space inside to sit and eat... Seems like they took over a former Pizzeria.. They offer more than just pizzas which the traditional singas Famous do not offer..The bad...I did an online order... For one personal pie.. Green pepper and onions... I pick up at time suggested and they gave it to me.. I asked them if it's green pepper and onions inside... The employees goes yep it's yours..I open it when I get home and it's green peppers onion and ham... Like how? How did you not know before handing it off to the customer?.. So I went back and they apologized and made me a new pie in next 10 minutes correctly. The bad tho... In comparison to what singas Famous Pizza is well knwo for is it's THIN crust pies.. Dry flaky crust! And minimal to no oil in taste... This was the complete opposite... Thick slices.. Crust drenched in oil.. Not thin and not flaky at all... This is NOT what singas Famous Pizza is known for...Ill give them another chance and see if it improves..

Wouldn't buy it from here order on the phone for a large pizza and she was confuse on what I said and gave me 3 smaller pizzas size of a small plate would not come again
Always friendly service, great communication, and tasty food. I love their vegan philly steak & vegan pizza and my boyfriend loves their regular pizza! Chicken tikka masala pizza and sausage are his favorites. :) We order from here frequently.
Vegetarian options: Vegan cheesesteak is DELICIOUS! I add peppers and mushrooms!
Dietary restrictions: yummy vegan and gluten free options!

I Loved the place and environment - like their pizza sauce and they also have great varieties of chicken wings flavor. Good spot to watch football game, wings and pizza. Had a great evening there….

You guys call this pizza? Dominos makes better pizza. The cheese seems extremely fake and the crust was very doughy. The mozz sticks are small and again, the cheese seems fake. They were hot but the cheese absolutely does not pull apart. We already ate all of the food because we were hungry so we do not need a refund, but will not spend another dime at this place!

I placed an order for delivery online. Was then informed that this order was for pickup. I called and was told I'd have to pay more for delivery- I had already tipped for the driver through their site/"Toast" service. Person on the phone did not care and told me I would have to pay more. I chose to pickup instead- as I'd already waited nearly 40m.Upon arrival I was informed that she GAVE A PORTION OF MY ORDER AWAY but if I wanted to wait she'd have it remade.Awful service. I miss when this place was Joey D's. I'll never order from here again.

I went in to buy two plain slices and they were helpful, friendly, and the pizza is huge and delicious! Edit: I went in a second time and the white teenager at the counter made a face before speaking to me and had an attitude. I almost walked out right then and there. My craving for pizza won over my aggravation with this idiot! I then asked for a squeeze bottle of ketchup and she told me they didn't have one. The first time I went there, the Spanish teenage girl gave me one. The difference in parenting really shows. This will be the last time I come here for pizza.
