Menus displayed on the wall have incomplete information or they are incomplete. I asked for English tea. The associate asked me what size I wanted . I didn't know what to tell her because the menu for the teas was missing from the wall. She went through the details vocally about the sizes and prices of the teas. This is an inefficient way of running a business!

I just got 2 grande Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos 1 for me 1 for my dad and we are both very disappointed this is probably the worst I've gotten at this location. No flavor, watery when suppose to be slushy and not much flavor as it should I don't know what's going on but it is very expensive for something that doesn't taste as good as it should. I don't like giving bad reviews so you know it's not good. I think certain employees just don't care how they're they're doing their job and it's going to affect the business.

Michaela had really great customer service. I picked a drink I've never heard anyone order and she was on it. Very efficient. Good drink.

When I got there the place didn't have a sign. The cashier said there was no service for the next 35 minutes but did offer free hot coffee. Not happy though. They probably sent 10 people away because no one wanted got coffee on a hot day.
They were very nice and made my coffee perfect
