Have gone 4 times recently for egg nog latte. They never have the egg nog. If that is one of your specialty drinks it might be nice to stock Egg nog I have been there different times of day so it’s not like it’s the end f the day and they ran out.

I got a gift card and redeemed it on them, the woman scanned it, she said nothing was on it, called starbucks customer service they said they can see a transaction of redemption. So i have to pay extra for the coffee.

Menus displayed on the wall have incomplete information or they are incomplete. I asked for English tea. The associate asked me what size I wanted . I didn't know what to tell her because the menu for the teas was missing from the wall. She went through the details vocally about the sizes and prices of the teas. This is an inefficient way of running a business!
