Automatited voice box doesn't speak spanish
This location chose to water the landscape when it is subfreezing out, and all the excess water has traveled onto Brick Blvd and froze, creating a large area of ice.
The actions by Taco Bell to create hazardous driving conditions on the main road is reckless and unacceptable.
Parking: Super icy due to them watering the landscape!
Wheelchair accessibility: Too icy to try and use a wheelchair.

Oh well, the cashier didn't struggled to understand my accent but he got me some delicious food eventually. Food was fantastically fantastic, really enjoyed it. Don't ask me what I ate, because I don't know what it's called lol 🤣I had French fries too. Loved it.

This location is the absolute WORST in terms of delivery orders. 10/10 times they forget an item, forget all sauces and straws/utensils, or just completely send the wrong order (like tonight). Their staff is less than helpful in resolving these issues and actually come off as smug when I've contacted them multiple times in the past politely expressing my concerns (woman "manager" working the night of 9/10 should not be working in a management position for instance).
When paying a premium for delivery (minimum $15+ compared to going to the store), and the fact that no other nearby locations have these issues makes this inenexcusable.
I highly recommend not choosing ANY delivery method from this location - whether 3rd party or via the mobile app. And I also recommend not frequenting this location all together unless you are fine with a subpar ordering experience and children not caring about how you spend your hard earned money.

Just went to get some food and it was weird at first that they had a computer talk to me. Ai i suppose. It did mess up my order in the beginning but then i reiterated that it was wrong and it corrected everything i said. So it wasnt bad but it was creepy. Anyhow , the food was good, no issues

They packed my order completely wrong! When I asked for it to be corrected they questioned me. Why is it so hard to pack an online order with the instructions in front of you. And when I asked for the green sauce they needed to check the order again!!! Not worth it. Get your act together!!

The self serve kiosk charges your card, but doesn't show in the back, so they simply won't make your food, just use the register with the real person or drive thru.
